Tomorrow at Terre Lente in Amsterdam
We zijn er klaar voor morgen avond: alle schappen zijn gevuld met lekkernijen uit Sardinië. Ambachtelijke fregola, kazen, worsten en echte bottarga uit Cabras.... Heb je je al aangemeld? We hebben nog een paar plekjes vrij.
Olalala a lava custard pau with salted egg yolk. Imagine a melting taste of literally custard and salted egg yolk really good. Just be careful don't bite through the middle of the pau because it is piping hot when you steam it. Take a small bite from the side of the pau and let it melt in your mouth.
White rendang version which is formulated for white meat such as chicken instead of the usual beef rendang. In this paste all you need to buy is fresh ingredients and within 30mins your meal is ready.
This chicken rendang has its kick. A little spicy but not that the dutchies cannot handle... 😆
Save the date ! 13-15 October there is once again Singapore Food Fair 2017. This time will be held inside Oriental supermarket in Ypenburg-The Hague, Laan van Haamstede 36 , The Hague.
During these 3 days I will be showing you how to cook the Singapore food products and there will also be 15 food tents where you can do food tastings (and purchase) them in the store. Meanwhile keep checking my posts for more info in the coming weeks for timing etc.
And I will post some food product after sampling them . Lots to show you .
