We purchased a 2017 Ford Focus to tow behind our motor home. We received an excellent offer for our 2003 F-250 SD Diesel. New vehicle was ready at the appointed time.
I brought the Focus in at 3000mi...les for an oil change. The service writer was courteous and friendly.
I waited for the Focus to be serviced. The waiting area is clean and well lit with free Wi-Fi, three kinds of free coffee, tea or water.
The oil change service was completed in about 20 minutes. The technician had thoughtfully placed a paper floor mat to protect the carpet and a plastic cover on the seat. I have rarely seen this done in other dealerships lately.
I recommend Roundtree-Moore for servicing your Ford vehicle.

I had multiple issues with my 2007 Expedition. It took a little to get it all worked out but it runs great now! This was my truck that I drive with my precious Blessing everyday I didn’t want to be on... the roadside with 2 small children! Kendall in Service is awesome! She is kind and understanding! Because of the Great service I got! My Husband bought me a new 2018 Explore! Mikha was our sales man he was the nicest salesmen I’ve dealt with in all of my car buying experience! And NO Back and forth stuff! We told them what we could do and the deal was done! Thanks Steven, Mikha and Kendall! Roundtree Ford Rocks! See More

Service department is awful. Cant even get a simple oil change right. They also charge more than other ford dealers. They always charge at least $10 more, and never the same price. Could not get the... oil filter off a truck ( a year old truck) to do an oil change but still charged 40 dollars when they were not able to complete the oil change. They have forgot to put my tire stem caps back on twice, when I took it for oil change. My truck nor my husbands will ever drive back in thier parking lot. See More

This dealership is a sorry excuse for service. Your writers are extremely rude and impatient with customers. Your service manager laughs through a clear window at frustrated customers voicing their co...ncerns to a clearly uninformed service writer. Once he finally decides to offer input the only thing to take away is his boast of being with ford for 20 years. So the car went in for paint defects. Chips where portions of the paint had flaked off completely to the primer. One being in a spot where no impacts could possibly occur. Upon our 20yr veteran's initial inspection he said "Oh yes this is a known poor adhesion spot this will get covered no problem" his words now are scripted from ford warranty and dance in circles to try and save face... moving forward his writer in charge of filing the claim was too lazy to pop the trunk in order to get a clear picture of the affected area. I even explained I heard they had a good body shop which is why I brought my business to them multiple times. Their only response was to ask why not go where you got it from. The car has 5800 miles irregardless of where the vehicle was purchased there is an issue that should be warranted. There was even a section asking if there was any info that could be provided to speed up the claim and they put N/A. At this point as a true manager of a department I would think our 20yr veteran of ford would have employees trained well enough to note exactly what was spoken to me. Over his time with ford this has been a known poor adhesion spot and should have no reason not to be warranted. There advice now is for me to work with ford corporate to have my issue resolved as in there minds "it is what it is at this point... sorry" See More

One word of advice to the your homework. Google your vehicles symptoms. Go in there with an idea of what they need to fix. When they come back with a diagnosis -ask for the codes they go...t on the diagnostic test. Google those. Do not be afraid to question if it doesn’t sound right. The agents are awesome. I felt like they were on my side. First diagnosis/mechanic was flat out wrong on my truck. Second mechanic/opinion was very helpful and LISTENED. I give him 5 stars. I gave an overall 3 because my truck is still not quite right. I’ll be back next week. See More

They had my truck for a month after telling me it would only take a week, getting in touch with the body shop manager was like pulling teeth. After picking up the truck I noticed that none of the part...s replaced were properly aligned, even though the body shop manager signed off on my vehicle saying everything was perfect. These people don't stand behind their word, or their work. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership and I wasnt even trying to buy a vehicle. Absolutely horrible customer service & workmanship. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE else. Please, save yourself from what I've had to endure. See More

Took my 2008 F350 diesel in for an oil and filter change on 3/12/18. The service writer was friendly and helpful, and deserves 5-stars, but that's where it ended. The tech was sloppy and really didn't... know what he was doing. (1) 2-hours for an oil & filter change, (2) said he had to put a new cap on the oil filter canister, because he said the OEM filter wouldn't fit on the old one, no other mechanic ever had to do that, (3) left a greasy foot print on my floor mat, (4) left my hood partially unlatched [it was only on the safety latch, I could see it was not properly latched from 30-feet away! And I almost forgot....he recommended a new $100 air filter....until I told him the one currently in the truck is 1-day old! The service was excellent before the Morgan Auto Group took over! #the Morgan auto group has ruined a great car dealership! See More

A shoutout to Rountree Moore Ford in Lake City. We were there looking for a new truck. I had foolishly not eaten breakfast. Felt the symptoms of dropping blood sugar (diabetic). Salesman, Eddie Gregor...y, asked me if I was ok, told him "not really, blood sugar issues, didn't eat anything this morning."

He told me to sit quietly for a couple minutes, and he disappeared. When he returned he had me a snack from Zaxby's, which is next to Rountree.

We bought a new F150. Thanks, Mr. Gregory

This morning I brought my son to look at cars. We had various appointments for various vehicles scheduled for the day. However, once we were here at Rountree Moore the journey ended. We told Alvin exa...ctly what we were looking for and he really came through for us. The car is a mother's dream for her 18 year old. And my son was just as thrilled as I was with what Alvin found that met our needs. In addition to Alvin we worked with Aaron and Chris to finalize everything. Trey is now a 3rd generation Rountree Moore car owner: myself (I have a Soul from Rountree Moore Kia), my mom, and now my son. I highly recommend this place to look for cars. If you can get Alvin to help you, you'll be in excellent hands. See More

I was looking for a used truck. Found one here online. Got in touch with Tristen Barton. Worked out a deal (right in the middle of hurricane Irma mind you) and bought it. From the time I walked in the... door til the time I drove off with the truck was about 2 hours. It would have even been quicker but there was some power issues due to the hurricane. I can say that Tristen is one of the most professional and polite young men I have ever had he pleasure of dealing with. You cannot and will not go wrong by shopping for automobiles at Rountree Moore Ford Lincoln. I highly recommend them amd Tristen Barton. See More

Absolutely horrible customer service! The paint looks ok. But to be told that our vehicle always leaked oil,and to be talked to by their head guy like I don’t know anything abou...t our van?? Na. Now,as we were warned by many other people this would happen, our vans battery dies every day now,and it runs like crap. Beware! Take your vehicle somewhere else and save a headache and lots of money. My Beetle decided to request a new battery in the roundtree ford parking lot yesterday. The people at the agency were just great. I was on the verge and they took over with good humor, solutions, and ...refused payment.
Doesn't get any better to be treated so well by strangers.

I was looking for an inexpensive vehicle that was good on gas. When I began to lose confidence and assumed I would not be able to get a car, Alvin Key helped me drive off the dealership in the perfect... car for me. I can honestly say that was the best experience with a car dealership I've ever had, and I would recommend Alvin to anyone! See More

I am raising my initial rating of a one to a two. After giving Roundtree Moore Nissan a one star they quickly contacted and were suddenly ready to offer a resolution to the problem I had been them about for several months. I will still never buy a car from them and I absolutely do not recommend them. See More

Once again, the new Ford Focus small sedan has appeared with a thin vinyl wrap. It's a newer design than the last one, and one with more puns. It has a pop-art look with some cartoon, no pun intended, speech bubbles, one of which has the oh-so-clever phrase, "We've got to keep this under wraps!" It....
