I have been here from beginning. I have taken on every board position, at times all at once. I never intended on being the director nor did I ever claim to be a good one, but I have not given up. I am... proud of the city loosening up, the people coming forward, the businesses that have reached out. We need leaders. We need people who aren't afraid to take action not just wait for orders. ***Urgent, Calling All Texans for Medical Marijuana***
DFW NORML has created a bill called the Texas Medical Marijuana Act of 2013. They're currently seeking a sponsor from the House of Representativ...es to introduce this bill, and will be returning to the Texas State Capitol in Austin on Wednesday March 6th to secure support. Please do your part even if you can't make it out on Wednesday by contacting your representative and asking them to sponsor the Texas Medical Marijuana Act of 2013 currently on file at Lon Burnam's office.

Our E.D. is out of state learning about reform in AZ & CO so February's meeting will be a week later.

2018 is going to be a big year as we gear up for 2019's Texas 85th legislative session. It's time for sensible policies even if the state won't grant them. Come by to learn about San Antonio's "cite & summon" policy.
