Paper is not here... again. Production issues they say and it should be delivered by 9 AM.... Well that time has come and gone and still NO Paper by 11:30! This happens about once a week that it is no...t delivered for one reason or another. The automated "customer service" tells me I should speak to a representative and to do so I will need to call back tomorrow. Today, being Thanksgiving, we were looking forward to seeing the Black Friday advertisements. I think their production manager needs to be reevaluated and perhaps replaced. Thier customer service is non-existent. It has been automated and is impersonal. Very upsetting! #SunFail See More

I lived in Fontana for 20 years no major issues with my paper, i lived in Colton for 2 years same, I live in highland and didn't receive my paper for 3 months not one paper Sept-Dec. I let it expire not going to renew it. So when they called me and told me things have been corrected and I would receive my paper on Sunday 1-14-18 I thinking I would love my paper again here it is Monday and I still haven't gotten it. I can't believe how you're distribution has gotten. I have spoken to mangers in different departments and no help. See More

I am disappointed in the Sun recently. There is not much news and very little concerning San Bernardino. The paper is late 1 or more days a week. When I call for a missed paper they take several hours.... They use to knock on the door and give me my paper. Now they just toss it in the driveway and I go out every 15 minutes. No customer service anymore. I would change papers but I would have to go to the LA Times. I may just quit altogether. See More

The San Bernardino Sun which also includes the Press Enterprise has got to be one of the worst actual paper or online news papers I have ever seen. To whoever it is that is in charge, I have a couple ...of questions.

1) Do you even take the time to read any of the fecal matter printed in your own news publication?

2) If yes, How do you allow this type of journalistic crap to continue?

If I had submitted an article of this lack of journalistic quality to my high school journalism instructor like the ones I continually see in this news publication, I would've received an "F" grade.

So I what I want to know, is it the writers' fault or the fault of the lead editor or a mix of both? I say both. The editing is as bad as the writing and can be considered worse because the editors continue to allow this type of fecal matter to go to print unchecked.

Article after horrible article creatively (gag) titled "Why this" "Why that" and "Here's Why" "Here's what" "Here's who" Here's how" or "Here's where" lack creativity and seldom if ever, even tell the who, what, why, where or how. What makes it worse is that you actually try to make people pay for this crap. I believe that the readers not only want better quality in a local news paper, we expect it. I want to see an article entitled "Here's How And When The Inland Empire Readers Can Expect To See A Better News Paper." The only problem is that I have serious doubts that the current staff is capable of making that happen.

The Sun has been around for a long time and it wouldn't be so if the Sun wasn't a reliable source.

Garbage. What happened to editing? Do people not read what is being published? So many simple grammar errors and mistakes. In the following segment, Danny is identified as the person being stabbed. B...y the end of the article Dominguez has stab wounds and is the one who died...

You can pay me a dollar less than the current editor and I'll work for you. Don't worry, you can keep me in your pocket SBSUN.

"Manuel 'Tommy' Dominguez had been accused by his cousin Danny Chagolla, 32, of stealing his phone," said Eileen Hards, spokeswoman for the San Bernardino Police Department. "He and Danny began to fight in the street and Danny was stabbed. No one but Danny was around the victim when he was stabbed."

Police received a 911 call reporting a stabbing at 1111 N. Lugo Ave., she said. Officers found Dominguez, inside the home with what appeared to stab wounds to the upper back area.

The reporting is ok for the subjects they report on but why is it there is not one reporter to be found that will report negative things on the justice system ? I mean come on San Bernardino County S...uperior Court commits a double jeopardy and nobody is interested??

And our Small Claims Court rules are victimizing Plaintiffs but nobody is interested?

Why aren't you writing about the horrible conditions at your city shelter? There's a distemper outbreak and dogs are dying because of it. Yet, nothing is being done about it.
