We’re spotlighting some of our African-American employees in honor of #BlackHistoryMonth. When asked when she became passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace, Ad Sales Marketing Director Kimberly King had this to say: “At a previous job, I led an Employee Resource Group tasked with stimulating dialogue around diversity and inclusion. We created experiential programming that resonated and attracted our targeted internal constituents. And the beauty was that we leveraged show programming, talent and executives both internally and externally to stimulate dialogue.” SNI prides itself not only in our diversity, but in top-notch employees like Kimberly as well.
It’s #PuppyBowl time in Tennessee! Inspired by our friends at Animal Planet, we threw our own “pawty” to celebrate the big game. Knoxville employees had the chance to snuggle and play with adoptable puppies and dogs from area shelters while learning more about pet ownership and adoption.

Three cheers for Ken, the SNI family and Knoxville community for this outstanding accomplishment!
