Veggies at the library? At Plaistow Public Library, yep!
What does your public library offer that surprises you?
Your library has all sorts of great museum passes. Check ‘em out and save money while you get a little culture!
The Library is pleased to offer a new museum membership sponsored by the Friends of the Library. We now have passes available for the Wright Museum of WWII in Wolfeboro. The pass admits 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 18. The Museum is open from May 1 through October 31.
Quite an accomplishment for a little library from New Hampshire to even be nominated. Congrats again Wiggin Memorial Library!
Hey Stratham! We heard last night that we aren't one of the 5 medalists. It's been an amazing process and we feel so proud to be among this superlative group of... finalists. And now, we get to continue our community work with new programs, even better resources, and the friendly, helpful, welcoming staff and library that has been recognized in a huge way! Thanks to all of you for your enthusiasm and messages that no matter what, we are still number one in your opinions!
America's favorite book? Do we have to choose just one?
Have a Teen aged 11-18 with nothing to do @ 1:30 pm this week? Exeter Public Library is hosting free Teen Marvel Movie screenings Monday, April 23 - Friday, April 27. You do not have to be a library member to attend.
Have your kids heard about the case of the missing artwork? In the early morning hours of March 18 1990, 2 thieves disguised themselves and entered the museum.... 13 works of art valued at over $500M were stolen right off the walls. To this day, the case remains unsolved. The empty frames remain on the wall in the museum. Call us at 926-3368 to reserve your discounted museum pass to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum! Discounted passes are courtesy of the Friends of Lane Library and available to anyone with a valid Hampton library card. #museumsandmore
