2017 is the second year of Michelin guide in Singapore, with 38 Bib gourmands (4 more than last year, a 12% increase).
In order to keep the club secret, the Secret Cook voluntarily decided not to be part of the list.
The Chef is very upset for the Man Man Unagi restaurant to be part of the list. "Now the queue will be even longer!" he says thinking of his next weekly visit to this favorite place of his. Please do not go to this back alley restaurant featuring a real smelly eel tank.
