Bought my first Taylor guitar from Jim Hill now recently retired. It was slightly customized, and Jim got a great price from the factory. Thanks for hosting the Taylor Road Show tonight, Lori , alway...s interesting and fun. See More

Went to have my daughter's Clarinet looked at, it had a bent key. We were able to get repaired and be on our way in 15 minutes. Awesome job!

Glad I went there this last Saturday. Met with Steve and he hooked my daughter up with her first Cello. Thank you for the help because we didn't have a clue what we needed to do first.

I love Senseney. Thankful for your helpful staff and willingness to be so accessible! Any chance of carrying the Piano Pronto piano method by Jennifer Eklund? That would really make my day!

My Euphonium lead pipe was damaged in transit. They not only fixed it within minutes, but they didn't charge me a thing for it! The people of Wichita are great!

My daughter came from Arizona to visit and I took her to Senseney for program called MAKE MUSIC WICHITA! She played guitar with Drew! It was an amazing experience! Thank you

This place is a joke! I've never used their services before & never will again! I was lied to, & ripped off! & they STILL HAVE MY SON'S INSTRUMENT, even though I was told that it would be returned... to him! HORRIBLE BUSINESS! See More

I would not recommend taking repairs to them. They lie about how much work you need, just so they can charge you more.

I would recommend not going here. They are evil. They pay off band directors to tell kids parents to get there instruments here and then gouge them.
