The beer batter struck out and there was an announcement that beers are $2.50 for the remainder of the half inning- went to get a beer right after the announcement and the guy in line before me ordere...d the beer for the deal and they charged him full price, he argued and they insisted it was regular price. He walked off, obviously upset, and I asked about the deal and was told the same thing. Lost all respect for this establishment. See More

I think it's ridiculous that a ticket for a 3 year old costs as much as an adult ticket. $55 for a family of 5 with 3 kids to even get in. The concession prices are ridiculous too. Food and drinks are... more reasonable at the Premier Center. I bought my kids ice cream only to have my 3 year old trip on a huge crack and split open her elbow and knee and the $5 dish of ice cream we just purchased and hadn't had a bite yet dumped on the ground. Wish the prices were more reasonable so more families could enjoy. See More

They had no one coming around selling refreshments or treats, when you went to get something it usually took 2 innings to get anything. Customer Service was non existence. The choices of beer was alm...ost zero, looks like it was Bud or nothing. Glad I did not renew my seat this year. See More

I am a huge jason repko fan...he's an amazing outfielder who can throw a runner out at home plate from right field, speed on the bases & steel bases. I wish he was still with the Dodgers so I could ...still watch him play. The Canaries are very fortunate to have him...you won't be sorry...you're going to love him in action. See More

Went to the field of screams for the first time. It was pretty good but definitely not epileptic friendly. Wasn't expecting a strob light around every corner. My daughter had to keep her eyes closed ...with her hat over them for 90% of the haunted house due to all the strobe lights. Maybe next year, you won't have so many strobes and we can enjoy it. The Canaries are minor league baseball, but you can really seen some great baseball at reasonable prices. It is always fun at one of their games. If you haven't tried a game do it soon!

I am honored to live in Sioux Falls and to have a team like the Canaries here. I went to a game last night with some friends and then there was a fireworks show afterwards that I really enjoyed. The t...hing I didn't like also is that when the batter from our side went to bat after he bat he would throw the bat and walk off the field. Just saying. See More

Last night my daughter's 10u softball team was the 'stars of tomorrow' team. We purchased tickets a 4-6 weeks ago for $14 each - that included a hot dog and soda. Come to find out, last night was $1... night. $1 seats, hot dogs and soda. Our coaches inquired about a refund for the difference, but was told they wouldn't be able to be the 'stars of tomorrow' team - which includes warming up on the field with the players and being introduced to the crowd (fun experience for the kids, so let it go) The girls were introduced and played catch amongst themselves, but when it came time for the team to come out and play catch with the girls, the team was a no show! When the Canaries players came out for the national anthem, they barely acknowledged the girls - saying "what's up?". We've met and conversed with MLB players that have more respect and heart for their fans (ESPECIALLY children) than the Canaries. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the team and staff after this experience!! This year's team has some punch. The beer was cold. The brat was tasty. The pretzel was hard. Overall, a good time!
