Periodically, I need to post something like this, becauseI think some folks are confused as to what we do here.
FIRST and FOREMOST, THIS PAGE HAS NO AFFILIATION WITH TEECHIP! I am not an employee, nor am I an owner, nor do I have any stake in TeeChip, its fan pages, its offshoots like OOShirts, or any of its campaigns. I only state this again because I have been receiving complaints in the message box asking for refunds or tracking numbers or exchanges.
SECOND, this page is h...ere to warn folks like you. It is to protect people from taking an unnecessary risk in ordering goods and never receiving them,, or receiving the wrong goods, or terrible goods. It offers help to those of you who have. It gives artists a chance to see that there are countless others in the same situation, and perhaps offer a place for artists to band together and make something happen.
THIRD, if you've already ordered, and you can't get in touch with customer service, please CONTACT PAYPAL OR YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY IMMEDIATELY. Getting your money back is time-sensitive. Do not give TeeChip the benefit of the doubt. Too many people have had terrible experience with product quality, if they ever receive product at all. If you purchased, it's not too late, but you need to act quickly.
And FOURTH, just a bit of advice. PLEASE READ THE USER POSTS! I try and post some of them to the main page, but it's not always feasible. Please be proactive and read them for yourselves. At a minimum, they may offer solace. At a higher level, it will let you know that you're not the only one, and we can get through this together.
Keep fighting!
I'm sorry to inform everyone that Helen Nahoopii responded to me that she was able to get her t-shirt. Why sorry? Because she also informed me that the attorney told her there is no case. Also, she left and blocked this page. Someone once ran a TeeChip page similar to this, and he subsequently shut his page down when he received a refund. This was after TeeChip conditioned his refund on taking his page down from Facebook.
Full disclosure: I received a refund from TeeChip after a year of fighting and posting. I was never asked to remove my page. Regardless, this page isn't going anywhere. Just seems we are back to where we were before Helen came along.
I'd also like to add that if anyone is pursuing or will be pursuing legal action that there's a community of over 2,000 of us here to support it.

Disgraceful
With the Zuck admitting that Facebook is a publisher during his hearing, there could be open season on facebook's liability when it comes to publishing copyrighted work...

Well, I tried to visit pro.teechip.com, please don't. It comes up as untrusted, as a phishing site. But it's on their twitter page. AWFUL
