Nice hotel and best location for travelers flying from MXP. The lounge club is nice but the happy hour could be better with some hot dishes instead of the same pizza and focaccia. Congratulations for ...the restaurant that is well managed and offers high quality Italian cuisine. Sometimes long queue at check in... See More

The brand Sheraton inspires confidence and it reflects in the services and facilities offered for events as well as hotel stays. Being beside the Malpensa airport is a plus when to be near the airport... is required avoiding heavy traffic to reach the airport when staying is places far away. Train services easily connects with Milan business, social and historical attractions. Really a good place be abd to stay. See More

Hotel is ok, very convenient if you have a connection flight and need somewhere to stay for the night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant at all points and I d...o not have any complaint about staff or the room itself. It would be nice that the hotel offered more activities for people that are stuck for the night and would like to have something to do. Like my case. Only a few tv channels and internet if not included in your reservation it's 12Eur for 24h. (Mine was included). The bar was almost empty. Maybe live music? The food it is good but nothing exceptional, the pizza dough was very salty although in the end you pay for what you get. See More

This is the 4th time I am asking a simple invoice by email, in one week, they are not capable to do this by phone, and they are loosing my emails, asking me to re-send them.
The stay was ok, though a ...bit expensive, but their back office is terrible. Any reliable hotel does that in 1min from the front desk. See More

I arrived 1 hour ago to the hotel with my customers. When arriving the rooms, one room key did not work. So, we called and asked for new key because we can't enter the room!

It took them ONLY Half an... hour to send someone! Me and my wife thank you for the very bad service!
Always nice to be locked out side the room for half an hour!

I have stayed here many times, good location next to T1. Nice clean and well organised hotel. The only downside is some rooms can be noisy. The design of the hotel is basically one long corridor so ro...oms near the beginning get all the hotel guest walking past. See More

Overall a pleasant surprise. We booked last minute and although made a mistake with date, they were able to accommodate us. The restaurant was ok, but better than expected and the service very pleasan...t especially when had to ask to reduce room temperature from 28c to 24C as was a very warm night. Would definitely stay there again if flying out of Malpensa. See More

Worst hotel. No customer service. Had a challenge with my travel dates; they were not accommodating. SPG should not include this hotel within their portfolio as it brings their overall company ratings down.

Restaurant was not good, we didn't get any wine no one asked if we wanted to... Food was cold and not tasty🙄. Breakfast better but not the best for a person who has gluten free diet. I have eaten bet...ter in many other places. Hotel has four stars but it's not worth them. See More

It is an excellent hotel situated in an extremely convenient location nearby the terminal 1 building at Malpensa airport. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the hotel has a gym and a spa with ve...ry broad opening hours. There are also several restaurants on site but haven't tested them. It is an overall very pleasant experience - the spa and massage services are also very professional, just beware that prices might not include VAT which is not always explicitly written or said. In conclusion, highly recommended to the busy traveler in transit or with an early morning flight. See More

Always disappointed with the service here. I had quite a few incidents regarding staff attitude and also the cleanliness in the room. I had found the dirty coffee cup that put nicely as if it was clea...ned once i checked in to my room but anyway i didn't make a big deal out of it.
Many times that i have to contact the staff at the reception but all i got is their bad attitude.
Last night me and my colleagues went for dinner in the hotel restaurant and we had ordered "VONGOLE pasta" but the food that came on our table nothing is close to VONGOLE. Once i asked the waiter for clarification he claimed the clams was ran out. I told him at least we should have been informed so we could have order something else. Later the restaurant manager came and asked if we wanted to change our dish so we ordered other pasta dishes. We were waited for 45mins while we looked at other new customers came in and already had their meals on the table. We waved to get the staff's attention but they all ignored. We decided to leave and the waiter asked us to wait as the food is about to be prepared. With no apology...nothing!!!
We came down to the reception but the manager was not available however we talked to one who is a supervisor and we got the response that the staffs are new and they made mistake. New staff or experience staff i don't think it was the problem but the way u solving the situation i think that's the main one. There was not a single service solution.

Modern, clean, very convenient. After dropping off our rental car the hotel was only steps away. Free bottled water in the room. Eat at the bar, great pizza, cold beer.

I highly believe this hotel has the tendency of discrimination.
My husband and I are Chinese, we booked this hotel and planed to stay one night. After we checked in, two of our friends came to our to repack their bags and their flight is departing in 2.5 hours. After we got into the hotel room, we immediately got a phone call from the reception saying we only checked in two passports, but they saw we had four people went in to the elevator. They wanted the other two's passport as well. I explained my friends were just passing by and they were leaving soon. They said that's OK. I felt a bit weird that how could they think we would fit four people in a small one big bed room. But their checking was sort of no fault for security reasons. So I didn't complain. I thought they would see us four out then two back, then everything would be clear. However, after my husband and I came back, I checked with the security guy about the shuttle bus schedule for the next morning. We got a phone call immediately again when we got back to the hotel room. They asked if my friends had left. I said yes. They then said, but the security guy just had your friend checked the bus schedule. I told them that was me. Then I felt sad and went down stairs with my passport, and with the same clothes. I showed my passport to the reception and the security guy, saying I am the person who registered. The security guy said, yes, but your friend three minutes ago asked me about the bus schedule. I got very angry, the same person, the same clothes, only three minutes, if they were not believing so much I was lying, how could he notice so wrong? Then the security guy said sorry, the reception said people make mistakes indicating it was all the security guy's fault. This is the thing they made me mostly angry.
I know how hard it is to distinguish two similar age Chinese girls by their outlook for an European. Therefore if the reception was not so much believing I was lying, they would not see the security guy's words as the only evidence and call me and blame on me immediately without any further confirmation. In fact, that is incredible rude! What has made them not trust what I had told them my friends were leaving soon? What made them so sure I was lying that they called me and blamed on me immediately instead of gently made it sure first? Was it because of How I look like? The way I was talking? My citizenship? Or my skin color? Further more, when they notice they did wrong, they blame on the security guy, who is a black person. They didn't do serious apologize but blamed on their poor security person and only asked him to apologize to me. Both have showed that they have the tendency of discrimination.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, good food (dinner and breakfast buffet). Would've given 5 stars but my travel partner had some things in her room that I didn't get, but oh well.
