Very disappointed with our stay on Saturday. We’ve stayed here many times for both work and leisure and it seems to be going down hill. When we checked in, the front desk clerk Maddie, was less the...n friendly with our check in. She almost laughed at us for not being able to accommodate our room request. Was very taken aback by her attitude. The next morning we had no hot water in the shower. So we had to checkout early without a shower. They did mention about sending an engineer to our room but we didn’t have time for them to figure out what was wrong. It should have been working before assigning the room to us. I did go to guest services to let them know we were leaving and so the knew to send someone up and the girl at the desk hardly looked up to talk to me. Very disappointed with the customer service of the hotel. Maybe so customer service training for the staff is needed. See More

Have stayed here before and service was incredible and they tripped over you to make you feel welcome until this trip. We are staying for 3 nights. Reserved through reservations line and specifically ...asked for River view room and guy said he would make sure we had a high floor so not to hear the train. Get to the hotel to be given a point view which is basically a parking lot view. When came down to front desk to ask for river room girl behind desk was very rude and in accommodating. I asked for the manager just to find out he was standing behind her ignoring our conversation. He came over and they suddenly found a room but it was a king so we had to get a rollaway for our daughter and stuff it in the room. They were not friendly or sympathetic that the reservations line made a mistake instead belittled me for not booking through them directly. Love the location and hotel but honestly don’t know if we will stay again. Our daughter moved here 6 months ago and we have many trips in our future but after being made to feel like we were a burden it totally turned me off. I stay at sheratons all over the US for work and am a SPG member and never have I felt so unwelcome. See More

Stayed here 3 times in a few years. Always nice, modern updated rooms. I Like the restaurant located inside. The worst thing has to be the parking. I come in January and the snow isn’t cleared muc...h, also I’m sure they rent spots out, maybe something to do with the airport. Fleet vehicles, new vehicles and all snow covered like they’ve been sitting for days. No parking and I always stay Sunday nights. You have to tread through deep snow or walk a long way around just to get to the lobby. See More

Make plans for breakfast, lunch and dinner outside... Food quality and variety of options are extremely poor and overpriced. Staff is very friendly and helpful though, totally not their fault! The heating system was actually cold, when the person came to fix it, the filter was a brick of dust. Message to Sheraton: hiring kind people is not enough. See More

I heard great reviews then my boyfriend asked me to stay the weekend. I stayed one day. The room did not seem clean enough to me. The bathroom door was dirty with stains and looked like blood on the d...oor. When I laid down I almost got stuck by a safety pin that was sticking out of the blanket. The food was not great. The buns were hard and the burgers were lunch room meat. No thank you! See More

Only reason I give it 2 stars is because the the staff was nice. The hotel itself was horrible. Over priced food and over priced rooms. For what we paid per night I expected a lot better amenities. Fo...od was less than desirable. Got charged $10 for a tiny plate of apples and grapes for my daughter. I ordered a medium rare steak, I was brought a medium well steak loaded with gristle and fat. Came only with french fries for $27! If you stay here expect little for you money! There are a lot nicer places in the area for way less money. See More

The location was convenient, beds were comfortable, the view was amazing, and the staff was pleasant. The only reason I’m not giving a higher review rating is the fact both beds in our room were dirty.... I sleep on top of the covers so my issue was with pillows that were covered with bits of greasy specks and hair. It looked like someone had already slept in the bed I was using; as if the housekeeper just made the bed and fluffed the used pillows. When my brother pulled back his sheets he found lots of dark, long hair between the sheets and blankets, as well as finding them amongst his pillows. With both beds being in similar disarray I am willing to bet other aspects of proper hotel housekeeping also fall to the whims of a poorly managed housekeeping staff...of course we did not use the glassware, ice bucket or coffee machine because of the potential of those things being reused without cleaning or improper care. Too bad poor housekeeping will be the downfall of a good hotel. See More

I went for spark and service was amazing and breakfast and lunch were fine but I just wish they had a bigger selection than a banana or an apple with a muffin with some water and also the pool closed ...just as we acquired free time to ourselves but I still had an amazing trip and it was a time to remember until next year!! I am never one to judge, but Laverne from the bar area is one of the most miserable people I've ever encountered. Please, take this from someone who stays at 120 hotels a year and loves people.

Thank... you for running my evening, I'll be sure to pass this along to colleges who frequent the area as well. See More

We loved the location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price of the hotel does not match the quality/cleanliness of the rooms. The bed skirts were stained and had something gross on them.... Our bed comforters weren't matching which was odd and didn't smell "fresh". The bathroom left a lot to be desired so we cleaned it ourselves. There were weddings all weekend which is nice for the hotel, but the music and drunken people screaming in the hallways all night was unfair to other guests. Perhaps they could have a floor dedicated to parties, etc. See More

I think its insane that you pay that much for the room and you still have to pay to park! $23 to park for one night! I also think house keeping could use some work. The glasses had dust all over them.... The bed was comfortable but now that I read another rating..... I am kinda freaked out about the blankets See More

Great for conferences. The staff didn't have to treat me well nor help me with my boxes to my car, but they did. I couldn't tip because I had only debit card. I felt bad, but they were still happy to me. Thanks so much. See More

Have stayed here many times, coming in from Boston to see family. When we were here for my dad's funeral they went out of there way to be helpful. Very supportive.
I bring my Great Dane and they cou...ldn't be more accommodating. Business support as well. Love the river view rooms. And so does Panda (the dog). See More

The hot water in my shower did not work well enough to get a warm shower let alone a hot one. The pressure was awful also. Jets in the hot tub didn't work and paint was peeling off. I would not stay h...ere again. See More

The midday staff weren't very welcoming AT ALL.... well one front desk associate in particular! After flight delays, long waits/flights, cab rides etc.. the last thing a person wants is a unwelcoming ...experience when they've FINALLY arrived to the hotel. I booked my stay 8 weeks in advance. Arrived at 2pm, rushed through the check in to be told once my credit card had been swiped "ok we will give you a call once a room becomes available". Standing there w/my luggage confused I asked "do I need to pay for early check in even though I'm only a hour early" and with attitude she tells me that the the hotel is sold out and they're going off a first come first serve basis! I reminded her that I booked this stay 8 weeks ago!!!! She just repeated herself and kept going. 34minutes later as I sat directly across from her she looks at me and picks up the desk phone and calls me!!!! I walked up to the desk and she extended her hand with keys and says "here you go" ... no room information or anything just "here you go" for over 200/night a little customer service was more than expected!
The evening staff were exceptional! Very helpful and accommodating! The room was very clean and spacious! I would recommend others to use this hotel after 5pm!

It wasn't a bad stay, but for $267 for the king suite, I expected more. The room was OK but didn't really have any amenities. The air conditioning was extremely loud (put a set of silverwear into a dr...yer and you get something similar). The fridge was a nice size, but was an afterthought, shoved under a counter. There were GREAT views of the city. Parking adds another $23-$25. Unfortunately the entire atrium/lobby smells unpleasant, a big turn-off. The hotel is close to a ton of restaurants, all within walking distance. See More
