- Sherry Wilson has been ranked Loudoun County's top real estate agent virtually every year since 1984, which marked the beginning of her real estate career. What's more, during 1984, 1985 and 1986, she was still teaching full time at Leesburg's Simpson Middle School! Her secret to success has been staying in close contact with her clients throughout their transaction and paying attention to detail every step of the way.
Sherry has the unique ability to anticipate, avoid and overcome problems (if they arise). She's a skilled negotiator who has experience with every type of real estate transaction, and she's ready to help your family reach their dreams.
Sherry is continuously learning about the most innovative systems, ideas, and marketing techniques at conferences around the United States, to bring back to the Team. She also teaches other agents as an expert in team building and making sales happen by speaking at conferences for RE/MAX International Inc. and Howard Brinton. Her interviews are quoted in books to teach and coach new agents around the world and most recently she was published in the book, Millionaire Real Estate Agents.
Sherry has been proud to call Loudoun County home since 1977. She lives in a delightful community just west of Purcellville, where she enjoys gardening and entertaining friends and clients. When time permits, she is learning how to be the captain of her own new boat which she keeps in nearby historic Occuquan about an hour from home.
A Few Words From Sherry:
"For me, real estate is a continuation of teaching, which I found very satisfying for many years. Now, I teach 'grown ups' to address one of the largest transactions they will face in their life. Taking people, step-by-step, through the process, 'holding their hands' and explaining their options – in terms they can understand – is both challenging and greatly rewarding. I'm constantly reminded that people learn and respond differently, and I'm able to approach each person's unique needs with empathy and understanding. Whether I'm providing guidance, reassurance or information, I always listen closely to my clients and focus on achieving their goals. I want everyone who does business with me to walk away from the experience 'liking what happened,' and I hope they're eager to recommend me to others... that works for me!" - Sherry Wilson
