I know so many ‘ambitious’ people (and to some extent don’t we all become ambitious this time each new year?) who don’t necessarily succeed because they fail to commit. Or they are chasing the wrong goals.
I talk about success a lot and always explain that true success is achieving goals that matter to YOU, becoming the person YOU want to be, living a life that makes YOU happy.
