The release of Vanilla Chai in specialty cans will hit retail locations on Monday. Plus, on Wednesday the 18th, at the Nine Pin Tasting Room Matt will be giving a guided Tea Talk and Tasting with a flight of tea infused ciders including Earl Grey, Rooibos, Peach Oolong and of course Vanilla Chai.
Our new loaded Liege Waffle menu is posted at the lounge! We've been serving these plain or with powdered sugar and Apple Cinnamon for a few months. The responses to these special waffles has been great. What makes these special? First, the dough is soft and sticky plus the secret is pearl sugar. When cooked fresh, these little beads caramelize to give a crunchy coating. Pictured is a small Turtle Liege Waffle for $4.
