Role & Responsibility...
- Manage and control the merchandise functions of the store to ensuring proper overall store management and control.
- Achieving operations standards, sales, and profit targets with cost and shrinkage control.
- Monitoring employees’ performance for all supervised departments and performing as a Duty Manager also handling day-to-day issues in the store.
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management or general operations/management role, preferably within the retail industry
- Leadership, Performance Management, Positive Thinking and can do attitude.
