This place is soo lonely.... but, I got want I wanted from Macy's and the Vans store then went to Dinner with my friends at Red Robin then to the movies... this place just need more shops and a anothe...r department store like; Dillards, Belk, or the Von Maur. A department store different from JCP, Kohl's or Sears that will get more people to shop here. See More

This mall has a few great things going for it and that is Studio Movie Grill, Go Fish Sushi, Charming Charlie & CPK. Otherwise it has a very long way to go if they want to change it from a ghost town the lovely mall it once was. It is lost so much appeal because they have lost so many great flagship stores and instead replaced with subpar stores. Reason I don't shop there much anymore is because there is such a lack of apparel shopping it's unacceptable. They used to have New York & Co but choked them out with an outrageous lease renewal which I shopped at regularly. Anthropolgie, Express, Hollister, American Eagle, Abercrombie & Fitch, etc. left a long time ago. Instead of focusing on adding more healthy eating choices like Topanga Village or The Oaks with places like Tender Greens, Veggie Grill or Urban Plates they put a chain known for their MSG like Wild Wings. The Macys has now been consolidated to one building, which is easier, but it lacks inventory due to space especially in men's. The whole project has turned out to be such a disappointment. They also wasted money on a cheesy roadside electric video sign to get attention they existed on the freeway and it looks sooo tacky. This could have been so much better. See More

I felt this was a poor idea since day one. When it rains you have no shelter, and when it's hot you literally melt while you walk around. The majority of all the store space is completely empty. The ...stores that are there doing business, are so outrageously priced I'd rather go to Walmart. It will only be a matter of time until the Simi Valley Mall shuts down permanently. See More

This was a nice mall back in the day. So many stores have left including Macy’s, the Apple Store, even Hotdog on a Stick. The stores that remain are nice but unfortunately the mall is dead.

I love the Simi Town Center! Clean grounds, positive beautiful music, and I can walk my Dog around as well! Brighton, Victoria Secret, Apple, Charming Charlie's, Hallmark and many other stores. Of ...course I'm excited about the new Store opening up Andrea Rose Skin Care and Salon October 7th:). I really do love this place so I'm going to make it my home away from home. See More

You guys need to fix whatever went wrong. Wouldn’t you rather lower rent, then have empty stores. Please, make a comeback.

Not much of a mall. Lots of empty store spaces. Not worth your time to walk around. Better off going to a regular mall.

I love going to the Simi Town Center Mall. I don't live in Simi anymore, but I still live close enough to drive there. I love bringing my kids to visit Santa. The Santa was great. It's a shame a lot o...f the stores have left. I've seen people complain about the heat in the Summer because of it being an outdoor mall. Maybe, the mall can put up some of those shades that the parks have up for the kid's play areas and misters in areas where people can cool down. I hope to see new businesses open up and the community support their mall.🛍 See More

Mall is empty. No foot traffic, barely any shops. It's a shame it a pretty mall, but enclose it. Try and entice shoppers it is off the beaten path. Sad

We had so much fun attending this event. They had latkes and they had a show that the kids loved and they played Chanukah songs too.

Worst mall, outdoor or otherwise, I've ever been to. Stores I was expecting to be there, based upon looking up on the internet, were no longer; Macy's Mens/Funiture building is being vacated; place like a ghost town. The only reason to go there is to have lunch at Corner Bakery. See More

It's a great place to bring kids for most all of their events. I love that there are now more stores and restaurants open and that it's far more busy and energetic than in the last few years. My fam...ily loves going to the Simi Valley Town Center to spend time together. See More

The mall has a lax attitude of safety and security. The stores there are openly robbed, during business hours, and the mall has done nothing in response to it. Last night's robbery occurred at the a...pple store and the security guards even confronted the thieves inside the store and still managed to let them get away. What is the mall's response going to be to this? If you can't ensure any confidence of safety than myself, my family, and my friends will not be spending any of our money at your mall. See More

The town center mall has come alive, parking lot full. Not like any other mall I've visited, they're community oriented not just a business center. A place for the people.

I only liked how red Robbin was open, but when I walked around, all the stores were closed and this was around like 8pm and it's closed? That fast! It's sad the town center seemed dead and all the sto...res were closed that's just sad and not asking for business. See More

Here I am at the town center one of the biggest mistake that Simi made. If it wasn't for the Apple store I wouldn't come at all. This place is so dead on a Saturday afternoon. So many stores are cl...osed, and they want to build a movie theater that nobody can afford to get in. See More
