Miriam Sagan and Christy Hengst's Haiku Project

Michael Smith added 6 new photos.

The Haiku Pathway at Santa Fe Community College has been installed! In the main courtyard of the College, it is a collaboration of my dear friend and poet Miria...m Sagan and artist Christy Hengst. It features 36 haiku stamped into clay stones rising like mushrooms out of the earth. I have a haiku in the Pathway, and am very grateful to the curators for including me. A photo is a attached, along with those of several others and the courtyard where you can see several of the stones. Enjoy! And if you are in Santa Fe (or close) take a trip to SFCC to see and read! Common in Japan, there are only 3 others in the world, so the trip is worth it.
