Women face endless barriers to access education, especially in war-torn countries. In fact, they are 90% more likely to be out of school compared to men (UNESCO). One of the most common reasons for this inequality is that women's contribution to household is more valued than their education. We cannot allow this to continue! It would only sustain poverty and self-dependence on men. We launched the EDUCA campaign to raise awareness and call on the European Union to double its support to education programmes, from 2 to 4% of all EU international aid. Let's #Gofor4
