This is a reminder about our semi-final this time next week! Help us reach the final for a chance to play at Bloodstock festival!!!
Good afternoon Shredheads!
The Russians might be plotting our demise as we speak, but that does not deter us from enlightening Sheffield with the Metal Gospel.
We are currently hard at work writing new material and we have exciting things planned for the next few months, one of which is the semi final for Metal 2 the Masses. We are very excited to have reached the second leg knowing that playing Bloodstock festival is another step closer. For us to reach that goal, we need y...ou!
The gig is at the Mulberry Tavern on Friday the 13th of April (hopefully not an ominous date). Joining us in a head to head battle are some of Sheffields' (and the surrounding areas') Sour Tusk, This State Of Ours and Coyote Mad Seeds. There is also a guest headliner on the evening in the shape of comedy metal fellas Raised By Owls
We would be very grateful if you attended and gave us (and the rest of the bands) the support our music scene needs.
Hi all. This is a final reminder for tomorrow’s gig!!! Get in touch with us if you would like to get in for the reduced price of 10 pound!!!
Hi guys. A reminder of this cracking night coming up on Friday!!! We still have tickets at the discount price of 10 pounds. Get in touch!!!
Apologies for the delay in summarising last nights activities, we were well and truly knackered by the end of the night!!
Well, the short version of events is that we won the round! This means that we bypass the quarter finals and go straight into the semi finals, which will take place in April. As soon as we have more information about the schedule we will let you know!
Here is a review of the night. All of the bands who took part in last nights competition were excellent. S...teal The City, Zero Point Zero and Spiteful Embrace are well worth a listen to if you like your music to have a bit of clout!
On to the next round!!!!!
Hi guys. This is tomorrow night!!! Come on down and support Sheffield metal, and help us get it to Bloodstock!
We will also have tickets for our gig at Corp supporting Freedom Call Official available to sell for the bargain price of 10 quid! Come and have a pint with us and enjoy some cracking tunes!
Hey guys. Just a reminder of our gig on Thursday the 15th! Come down and see a bit of Sheffield (via Stockport, St Albans and Barcelona) Power Metal!
If you are wanting a bit of a power fix before Thursday, our good friends Aonia are competing in tonights heat.
Get out the house and brave the February misery for a bit of fun!
We are very excited to announce that we will be supporting German Power-Metallers Freedom Call on the Sheffield stop of their Master of Light Tour. joining us will be UK veterans Power Quest, so its going to be an epic night of swords, battles and probably a few wenches!
Tickets are 15 pounds on the door, however if you get in touch with us we are selling them for 10.00....
It's a Friday, and it's one hell of a way to bring the weekend in!
Everybody is back in good health just in time for the announcement of our next gig! We will be taking part in the annual Metal to The Masses road to Bloodstock festival this year, with our (hopefully first of many) heat taking place on the 15th of February at the Mulberry Tavern! Come on down and watch us do battle with some of Sheffields finest!
Unfortunately, due to illness we will have to pull out of the gig on Friday night. We would like to apologise to the venue, promoter, other bands playing and anybody who was going. It looks to be a great night and some of us will still be attending to cheer on the other bands!
We are bidding 2017 farewell by dusting the instruments off one last time before Marina flies south for the winter, and the rest of us crawl in to our caves to hibernate. We will be on bright and early at 7pm, if you would like to get in on the guest list for five of your British pounds, let us know!
Big thanks to everyone who came down to the Dove last night to support us at what we thought would be our last gig of 2017. That was, until we accepted a last minute gig opening up for Mason Hill and Deever at Corp on Saturday!
If you missed us at the Cranes because it was a school night and the snow was just too deep to get to the Dove, then head down to Corp and treat yourself to a decent night out before the end-of-year festivities begin and you’re too full of mince pies and turkey to correctly strut your stuff!
We’re on early so get down for doors at 18:30
