Be willing to walk away from or limit your time with people who drag you down or are unsupportive of your dreams. You deserve an uncompromisingly uplifting tribe that lifts you higher, not tears you down.

In this afternoon's mini career class I shared how to stay positive during times of uncertainty and change. One of my top tips is to surround yourself with positive people who help you believe in yourself and the possibilities that exist for you.

If you are yet to find you...r tribe, then plug into uplifting podcasts, blogs and books by people who inspire you. Their words will be infectiously positive on you.

For other tips on boosting your optimism for what your future holds, no matter how unclear that may seem right now, watch the replay (pinned post).

To living your calling,
Mandie xx

It can be easy to let overwhelming thoughts of fear, self-doubt and anxiety cloud your thoughts when you don't know what the future holds. But feeling optimistic about your future will help you not be controlled by fear, and instead move forwards through your career transition with more confidence about the possibilities in store.

In this mini career class, I share:

...

- Why a sense of hope and assuming good things will happen is necessary for your career transition
- How science has proven how our positive (or negative) expectations affect our outcomes
- My top tips for staying positive during uncertainty and change,
- The No. 1 thing that was a game changer in shifting from fear to faith during my own leaps into the unknown.

This is Part 2 in our 5-part series on the key attitudes to make Planned Happenstance work for you in getting unstuck and leading you to your calling.

Considering a mid-career transition to something more meaningful? Talking to people who've been where you may want to go, gives you an insider's view on the journey ahead and helps you determine the right path for you.

A beautiful client of mine, navigating herself bravely through a career transition to find what she really wants to do, just shared how her yoga instructor read this beautiful script...
_______
"You're right where you need to be - If you're spinning in circles, feeling lost and confused, trying to figure out where you need to be and not all that certain where your'e going, stop. Breathe deeply. Look around. You're right were you need to be. Maybe you've been there all along."...
______
It is by Melody Beattie in 'Journey to the Heart'... the yoga instructor said he just happened to open that page.
_____
Guidance, support and reassurance is always available to you when you're open to receiving it. Stop. Breathe. Look around. Trust. 💞

Learning to trust my feelings... my intuition... my inner guidance... is my commitment to a life of radical authenticity. Sometimes I falter and doubt myself as my mind jumps in and messes with my intuitive flow... I know it only wants to keep me safe and out of harms way (aka firmly in my comfort zone). But nothing beats that sense of 'yeah, this feels soooo right' and mustering the courage to follow that path. Here's to trusting ourselves more xx

I read the weekend newspaper this morning. I never do that. But I'm visiting my brother in Sydney and the paper is part of his Saturday morning ritual. So I thought I would join in.

I am on a mission to help get clean water to 1 million people with @thewaterbearersorg!

660 million people don’t have access to safe drinking water. This is insane! To fix that, I am proudly in a team of ambassadors fundraising for 100 clean water systems by World Water Day (22 March).

A $50 system serves 100 people with clean water for up to 10 years. 100% of monies raised goes to cost of filters and distribution training programs in 38 countries.

...

Will you join me?

Head to https://www.classy.org/fundraiser/891608 to donate any amount you can towards this audacious goal of getting 1 million people access to clean water. We can do this!

Thank you for your support.
