6 weeks - down 21 lbs. My wife and I have been working out at Bio-Balance Fitness & Performance in Rumson with trainer Marc Rosamilia, and we have been kicking it hardcore. This summer I had started a... weight loss regimen that died a slow death and I regained 2/3 of the weight I lost before I started working out with Marc. Now I'm down a total of 30lbs, and I'm staying motivated to keep going.

Bio Balance uses a revolving selection of strength and conditioning exercises that Marc has cultivated - it's kinda like CrossFit, but you don't need to sacrifice a chicken (I kid - I envy you CrossFitters for your dedication - you're bulletproof). Marc has also helped me develop a nutrition plan that has helped me attain my weight loss goals, and I'm on track to beat my own lofty projections.

If you are looking for a great gym, where you get tons of personal attention and tools to help with your personal fitness goals, I highly recommend this place.

No two shoulders are alike, both in terms of injury history and movement quality. If someone hands you a ready-to-print shoulder program, take your business elsewhere.
