As a graduate who frequently returns to support the school, I am so proud of this place. I am proud when I can take my son with me and he can cheer for a team I grew up cheering for and enjoy watching... musicals on a stage I never got to perform on. The best part is when staff shows up to support their kids and to watch the faces of students light up to see that their teachers care about more than just their academic well-being and are giving up personal time with their family to be there (or bringing their families along). As much as it has changed since my graduating year, I am impressed by the good changes that come each year and proud to still consider it a home away from home. See More

As an alumni, I don't think recent events reflect the SPC family I know and love. There are tons of alumni who are supportive and active in the LGBTQ community, and to any students dealing with this i...ssue, you are one of us, no matter what anyone says. I'm proud to have come from SPC, and I can't remember a day that family didn't include gay people, gender fluent people, and people from all walks of life. God is love and love is blind. See More

This is one of the best private Catholic schools in Florida. We live in in Tampa and my son is a senior this year and transferred there his freshman year. We love everything about the school, academic...s, sports, administration, spiritual life, students and families. We would highly recommend this school to anyone in Tampa and St. Petersburg area. We live near Raymond James stadium and it only takes 20 minutes to get there. Can't say enough about how great the school is. Go Barons!! See More

We Love the school. Our son graduated this year. It is an all around great school but we believe that with the sports that the coaches shouldn't be allowed to coach if their son is on the team. We bel...ieve that there shouldn't be "Daddy Ball " in High School. Most parents have to deal with that when the kids are younger. Plus, if a student athlete wants to try to continue that sport in college, it should be the High school coach who helps. This does not happen if the coach is only coaching to advance his own kid to the college level. See More

God said love thy neighbor not love thy neighbor who agrees with you. Let the girl go to prom with her girlfriend the pope has even spoken out about this topic. You are in a state of the worst attack on the gblt community you should see how important acceptance should be. See More

We are fortunate we chose and sent our two daughters to St. Petersburg Catholic High School. Our eldest graduated in 2012 and still treasures her fond memories and caring, compassionate teachers that... helped her succeed in college. She now is attending FSU graduate school. We currently have another daughter attending who also is actively involved in school activities and loves the strong sense of community and positive guidance provided by the teachers and staff at SPCHS. Go Barons! See More

My kids are working their way through childhood in the church and in America. I look forward to them attending the same classes I had at the same school.

So you decide which sexuality is right and which is wrong? Why are you so homophobic? It's 2017 and you are still so stupid ...

Mrs. Burchfield and a group of students visited Brentwood at St Petersburg for a special Valentines Ball! Dylan and Tony (seniors) sang some Frank Sinatra and the ladies danced with several of the residents. It was incredible to see them give of their Valentine's Day to bring joy and a little bit of the love of Jesus! So incredibly proud of them! But in truth, the seniors blessed our hearts more than we did theirs! #SPCServes #SPCFaith

Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg is at St. Petersburg Catholic High School.

"The Church, in its wisdom, gives us this time each year right before Holy Week and Easter, as an opportunity to look at our lives, and to identify any areas of... our lives that we need to to focus on, that we need to correct, that we need to remove from our lives, things that might keep us from being close to God or being able to love each other as we are called to do." - Bishop Gregory L. Parkes
