Finally, a healthy place to eat that has safe, simple and true good for you foods. Seriously I don't understand why it's so hard to find a place that doesn't co...mpromise by using cheap, processed foods in their ingredients. These guys use all Whole Foods to make each meal. Tried it for the first time for their kombucha. Seriously the best I've had! The owner and staff are fantastic and have lots of great services, not just food and drinks! Will be back often!

Best damn smoothies by far! Why? Because this wonderful group of people care about your health and use REAL, healthy ingredients. It may not taste like Robe...ks or Jamba Juice, but you won't have the spoonfuls of sugars and sweeteners that counter the whole idea of a healthy drink! :) Ray and Jovanny are the men to seek! I love the idea but was so disappointed that you were out of the pasta dish, cinnamon, and the bison burger. The veggie wraps were good but only contained kale..., lettuce and apple. I asked for cucumbers and how about some carrots or beets? The tropical acai bowl was delicious and the guys working were very nice. Good Luck. عرض المزيد

I was just wishing I knew of a place in our area that had a vegan menu...and saw this place near the Ace hardware I was at. What a cool place! :-) coconut pista...chio coffee shake is amazing!!
I also tasted the apricot almond kombucha and I will be getting some of that for my daughter.

Incredible healthy place, very delicious smoothies and muffins. I suggest the dark chocolate chip apple muffin, one of the best muffins I ever had. Very low sugar, high fiber.

Going to "Spirit Bar" is like feeding my soul with great quality foods. I love their faux vegan tuna and their protein bites are devine. I usually avoid pastas ...because I'm afraid of my internal eco-system crashing but the mung bean fettuccini alfredo is the very best. I've also gone to Lauren's yoga classes and she is an extremely passionate yoga instructor. I really enjoy going to her classes and I miss it when I don't go. I always feel so relaxed afterwards. They also have a comprehensive health analysis bio feedback that let's you know what nutrients your body lacks and requires. It's pretty awesome. I live in San Tan but every time it get a chance I go here. Best smoothies in town, I love my BKR bottle, pitaya cup yummy. The food is so good and I can actual...ly eat it (gluten free), the people are so nice and helpful, and I love the environment. I had the tuna with kale juice and the lady had a spicy veggie burger with sweet potato fries and it was great. Very friendly staff the is knowledgeable and ready to help. I am not a fan of sweet potato fries but these were amazing. Everything was seasoned perfectly.
