Thank you to larger than lights for lending us LOVE letters (like featured but with flowers) for the evening to take some lovely pics with! Let’s hope we don’t get a thunderstorm on the 24th!!!
Day 9 of the countdown! Ready to take some beautiful photos? Adriana from arts in scraps by Adriana, has been working on our very own paper flower wall! Make sure you take a snap with it on the evening! (Had to leave some surprises of the finished result for the night 😜)

I was blessed with the most amazing, incredible and wonderful woman as my mother. RIP my darling Mum. You now will continue to live on forever in the memories you made and the lives of those you touched. I will love you always and forever and to the moon and back. Funeral will be at St Anthony’s Parish Greenmount Friday 2nd Feb at 10.30am with burial at midland cemetery at 12noon. Thank you to all of you who have given me the most amazing support and love over the past 20 months.

Spring Ball in the Valley in support of Cure Brain Cancer Foundation.

Hosted by MC Thomas A.C. Murrell with guest speaker Dr Nick Gottardo.

Rebecca Mae Vella was inspired to create the event after being stunned to learn of the statistics of brain cancer in Australia, following her own mother Margaret’s recent diagnosis on Mother’s Day 2016 of a terminal grade 4 brain tumor known as a Glioblastoma.

Brain cancer is the biggest killer of Australian children than any other disease and takes the most lives of under 40’s than any other cancer. Due to the lack of funding behind this cancer, the survival rates have barely increased in 30 years. Other cancers have dramatically increased survival rates, which Rebecca is more than thrilled to hear, but hopes that the much left behind brain cancer patients may also be given a brighter prognosis.
