We went with a group of 4, ordered 8 total rolls for take out, and were told 20-25 minutes. After about an hour we asked what the delay was, they were abrasive ...and rude and kept coming up with different excuses even though we watched as 4 separate parties were seated, served, and left in the time it took to have our food brought to us. One hour and thirty minutes later we got our food. No apology for the delay, no discount to rectify the situation.

This place sucks. Order $70 worth of food, got half the order. Called them, they punted, did not fulfill the order. If you want Chinese food, do not go here, ...because you will pay for it, but you won't get it. They suck, the manager doesn't have the decency to return my call. Spring rolls were no spring chickens. Our wait time was 25-30 min, we ended up waiting 1 and a half hours for 8 rolls. During our wait several parties, arrived,... ordered and ate, then paid and left before we received our food! When asked about the extensive wait time we were meet with different excuses each time and rude tones. Once we received our food we did not receive so much as an apology. The food itself was average and some of it was cold. Overall I am insulted and will not be coming back. عرض المزيد
