Worst warranty experience ever! They sent out the wrong pair so I sent it back, then they sent out t...he right pair but it was damaged upon arrival so I sent it back too. Now they’re claiming they didn’t receive the first pair which I sent back two months ago and they’re holding my money hostage and refusing to send out another pair or refund me. Crappy Chinese made poor material sunglasses that are WAY overpriced. Mehr anzeigen

If you spend good money on a pair of sunglasses, treat them that way. Don't expect any company to gi...ve you a new product after you abuse your original purchase. Spy has a great warranty and their customer service crew is always a pleasure to deal with. I am a long time customer and they even sent me a pair of 25th Anniversary Dirty Mo 2s, after a warranty claim shipping issue. Mehr anzeigen

So I sent my sunglasses off for warranty and they sent me a brand-new pair this is so awesome and un...expected! SPY has the best customer service I have ever seen! Every one was super nice and extremely helpful. Thank you very much Aldryn for all of your help! And thank you Bob Wieger for all of your help!
