Management is extremely disrespectful. My brother and I left the venue because our friend said ‘meet... us outside’. Once we were outside we couldn’t find our friend and texted him asking if he was outside of the venue or in the patio. He replied ‘in the patio’ of the venue. As we tried to re-enter the venue, the management told us we could not enter unless we bought another ticket. Seriously? I tried talking to the manager, saying ‘excuse me, could I talk to you for a moment?’. He replied ‘I’m not talking to anyone’. I didn’t want to be rude and didn’t know what to do so I called my friend who was in the venue to talk to the manager in an effort to let us back inside. My friend walked to the enterance and started talking to the manager, explaining the situation. To which the manager replied ‘they can’t come back in cause I don’t know if they left to go do drugs or drink’. Wow, that definitely isn’t profiling. My friend replied ‘they literally left just 1 min ago, they have been standing right next to you the whole time’. To which the manager replied ‘I’m not to talking to anyone right now’. My friend replied ‘then why are you here?’. The manager replied ‘I’m only here to close at 1:15 AM, I’m not here to talk to anyone else’. Sure, but you can refuse enterance without batting an eye and treating customers like trash, wow, we really appreciate it. My friend replied ‘Then why are you here right now?(it was 1:06AM). To which the manager replied ‘I’m not talking to anyone right now’. My friend replied ‘My friends are right here, they haven’t broken any rules and are not causing any issues, please let them back in’. To which the manager replied ‘I’m not here to talk to anybody, and a matter of fact, you’re outside, so leave’.

My friend, my brother and I left the venue after that. I have never been treated like this by management at any venue, and have never in my life written a bad review for any business. Though I felt powerless in this situation, and felt that management was abusing their power and were extremely disrespectful to myself, my brother, and my friend for no apparent reason. I have gone to this venue on several occasions and have never had an issue like this, but then again, I have never been so disrespected. Stero live has lost 5 customers because of this occasion(we had 2 more friends inside).

I understand that the owner of this business isn’t to blame, but I hope you take notice of managements poor performance in this situation. Communication is key, and management refused to communicate while being disrespectful.

Enjoyed the sound, lights, atmosphere inside and outside. The food vendor outside the night I was th...ere was awesome! The beef hotdogs were perfect for the late night cravings! I was there for Ferry Corsten and would go back again for sure!! See More

Paid $45. Came for yellow claw. Doors opened at 10, openers were only okay and didn't match headline...r's style, finally at 1:30 the headliner came on and only played for an hour. Arrived at near 11 and was there an hour and a half before the pace picked up to something exciting. In the *last 5 minutes* of the headliner we got called to the side cause the a friend we had made had a backpack and "people hide drugs in there" when they made her roll it up at the door and put it in her friend's bag and her friend left before the show and had to take it out of her bag and carry it while inside. But seriously THE LAST 5 MINUTES. And they didnt even check our purses coming into the door so it's a terrible policy that the bag itself determines the content apparently. I will definitely be considering other venues in Houston over this one from now on. Hopefully this review was helpful. See More
