I have had many exciting experiences in my life, but nothing compares to having our new daughter, Lucia Asella McCurry. She is my new favorite portrait subject, and Andie and I are looking forward to all the pleasures and responsibilities of being parents.

Mahmoud Abu Zeid, better known as Shawkan, has been held for three years
time.com

It's important to allow photographers and journalists the freedom to document events without fear of imprisonment.

Please consider supporting Amnesty International's campaign to free Mahmoud Abou Zeid.
