Lathey Outdoor Pool is closed for the season due to mechanical problems sustained from heavy rainfall on Tuesday, August 8, 2017. Extensive flooding in the bas...ement where the mechanical equipment is located resulted in significant damage to the pumps. The City is working to assess the full extent of the damage and preparing a plan to fix all equipment so the pool will be ready to open for the 2018 season.

George Ward Outdoor Pool, originally scheduled to close on August 25, 2017, will remain open until August 31, 2017, to accommodate outdoor pool access on the east side of the river.

Continue to enjoy outdoor pools for the rest of the summer at the following locations:

George Ward – 1915 5th Street East
Mayfair – 1025 Avenue F North
Riversdale – 822 Avenue H South

The Saskatchewan Science Centre also has its own playground!
