Great app for a free one. I would gladly pay for it with a few improvements.

One of the improvements I will suggest to make is to either add more exercises to... the list, or allow to create their own exercise name so they can differentiate from an exercise when using dumbbels or barbell (as an example). That could be a good way to fix the issue of not having a bigger selection of exercises.

NOTE: I am using the Android Version.

Great app. Only thing I would like to see is an edit button to change a single set between kilograms/pounds. I know you can change to one or the other for the whole workout but some weights in my gym are in kilo's and others in pounds.
But still a very good app.

This is a great app! I wasn't always consistent with my workouts in the past but this app helps me keep track of all my workouts. One really cool feature is the... way it keeps track of your workouts, it shows you your 1RM, how many lbs/kilos you lifted during your workout, your volume increase, etc. It's really great, you can create your own workout routines, it gives you the option to take progress photos after each workout, and if the workout you're going to do that day isn't on the list, the app lets you create the exercise! Great for tracking. Easy to use and create workouts. Love the break adjustability. I'd welcome online interaction, personal profile, BW tracking and super-seri...es / circle training options. For Olympic Weightlifting good too, but I lack settings for nuber of cleans and jerk in one repetition 😊 Love the app though. See More

I've used this app three times and I'm loving it. I like the built in rest periods to keep you on task! The bell rings and it's back to work! Being able to track progress without having to flip through a notebook is awesome too! I'm looking forward to future updates!!!

Love this app, it's been super helpful in my weight training programming and setting new PRs. Hands-down it's the best app for lifters.

I've used the app for about 6 months. I've lost 50 lbs and gained a lot of strength. I would've rated it 5 stars, but the rest timers seem to have a mind of their own and change. Otherwise, it's great!

Best app I've used for tracking resistance training (and I've tried many) . They're steadily releasing prebuilt, proven workouts too like 5/3/1, 5x5 and Doggcrapp.
