One of our users at the The Verge, has used Strong - Workout Tracker for 6 months and lost 20lbs! Great read to start your week!

Great app - really smiple to use. I am using a paid version.
What I wish to see in the future, is the possiblilty to "schedule" workout or pre-set your workout scheme. This would be useful in training... plans, where you have increasing weights each training cycle (for example Wendler's 5/3/1 plan). I know I can create routines with pre-determined reps, sets and weights, but I view routine as more of a template or blueprint for a workout, I would like to see a possibility to pre-set sets, reps and weights for a certain day, before actually hitting the gym and starting with the routine. It is annoying to punch in all the numbers, based on pre-determined weight percentages while in gym, when I could do that beforehand. It would greatly help minimize the time I need to spend in an app whilein gym, as I could just push "Done" button when I have finished a set and not worry about anything else. See More

Loved this app originally, even paid for it. Cant back up a back up from a couple years ago from ipad to new iphone. Only customer support I've received after about 5 emails is a password reset link w...hich I could of done myself. Which didnt fix anything. What good is a tracker that cant even sync data? See More

Use to love this app till I stopped being able to use it with my Apple Watch. I’ve had to open two support cases due to be prompted for a log in whenever I open the app. I paid for the pro version and... now it’s worthless to me. See More

Very good app. Especially useful for tracking progression. One thing that would make this perfect for me is if they added pictures to show which muscles are actually being worked by each particular ...exercise. Something visual like that makes it easier to plan a more effective routine if you're trying to work certain areas. See More

Great for tracking. Easy to use and create workouts. Love the break adjustability. I'd welcome online interaction, personal profile, BW tracking and super-series / circle training options. For Olympi...c Weightlifting good too, but I lack settings for nuber of cleans and jerk in one repetition 😊 Love the app though. See More

Excellent app. I had been looking for a free workout tracker on the Android for some time that just works. After using it for 3 months I would gladly pay for the app.

It would be cool to see some profile enhancements. Link it to a web app and feel more like a community. See More

Great app for a free one. I would gladly pay for it with a few improvements.

One of the improvements I will suggest to make is to either add more exercises to the list, or allow to create their own ...exercise name so they can differentiate from an exercise when using dumbbels or barbell (as an example). That could be a good way to fix the issue of not having a bigger selection of exercises.

NOTE: I am using the Android Version.

Great app. Only thing I would like to see is an edit button to change a single set between kilograms/pounds. I know you can change to one or the other for the whole workout but some weights in my gym ...are in kilo's and others in pounds.
But still a very good app.

This is a great app! I wasn't always consistent with my workouts in the past but this app helps me keep track of all my workouts. One really cool feature is the way it keeps track of your workouts, it... shows you your 1RM, how many lbs/kilos you lifted during your workout, your volume increase, etc. It's really great, you can create your own workout routines, it gives you the option to take progress photos after each workout, and if the workout you're going to do that day isn't on the list, the app lets you create the exercise! Overall great app, fairly easy to use. See More

Love this app, it's been super helpful in my weight training programming and setting new PRs. Hands-down it's the best app for lifters.

I've used the app for about 6 months. I've lost 50 lbs and gained a lot of strength. I would've rated it 5 stars, but the rest timers seem to have a mind of their own and change. Otherwise, it's great!

Best app I've used for tracking resistance training (and I've tried many) . They're steadily releasing prebuilt, proven workouts too like 5/3/1, 5x5 and Doggcrapp.

Some issues with itunes over the weekend and purchases going through. If you reset your device it will be fixed now!
