If I could give this place zero stars I would. Whatever you do don't trust that you'll have a reservation when you arrive. I traveled from the States by plane, train, and bus only to arrive and be tol...d my room was no longer available. I was directed to a different hotel that they booked me at down the street which was a total dump. Summit Lodge looked great, but I never got to see more than the lobby and the unbelievably terrible level of customer service I received upon arrival is unacceptable. A room comp doesn't make up for it. Thanks for nothing! See More

Me and my boyfriend came to the summit lodge for our 1 year anniversary. I can gladly say it was an amazing decision. The staff was MORE than accommodating. They were so helpful and friendly with ever...ything, especially the fact my poor boyfriend and me got food poisoning and could not drive home. They not only were able to fit us in even though it was very full but made it so we could stay in the same room and recover. Just laying in the room and ordering room service was a delight. It is such a beautiful room and hotel. Thank you so much for the experience that made the trip that much better. See More

As far as boutique hotels go, this gem takes the cake. Excellent decor, both visually appealing and starkly attractive, heightens the experience. The space has been excellently used in the rooms, you everything you need for a vacation in a hotel.
The Malin+Goetz products in the bathroom are deliciously invigorating!
And to top it off, you can become a proud parent of one of the sock monsters in your room!
I didn't get to experience the spa, but the breakfast was divine and the coffee strong!

Last November my husband and I wanted a little Whistler weekend getaway with our new puppy and chose Summit Lodge because not only are they pet friendly, they’re enthusiastically pet FRIENDLY. From th...e moment we arrived you could tell that the employees were more than happy to have our puppy around.

Since puppies obviously need fairly frequent bathroom breaks, I was a bit worried that the hotel was located right in whistler village, but it’s actually perfect. There’s a little park with tree cover and a path with lights right beside the hotel, so it was easy to take the pup there several times a day to do her business. There are even doggy-bag dispensers all over the village.

I’d go back to the Summit in a heartbeat, even if I didn’t have my dog with me. Everything about the hotel made me feel like the owners and employees genuinely love hospitality.

Thanks for a great stay!

I was a pumped pup when my humans decided to take me to stay at their favourite place in Whistler- Summit lodge. Pet friendly to- boot they had already looked out food and water dishes with poop bags ...and a chew toy and a cozy throw for me to chill on next to the beautiful fireplace. My humans have visited here in the summer and the winter and they can't say enough great things about this place. Breakfast next door is amazing - order the French toast! The ambience is amazing and they love spoiling me and my humans. The accommodating staff of Summit make this a place you won't forget! I will be coming here again and can't wait to visit with the office staff for more impromptu treats and cuddle sessions. Two paws up! See More

I love this hotel. It is in a perfect location in the village but on the quieter side. They are focused on customer service and making you feel special. Will be back again.

I booked this hotel for my husbands 40th as it was a surprise holiday to Whistler and I can't recommend it enough. The customer service was outstanding and began even before we arrived as I wanted a f...ew things ready for our arrival. Once we were there we had the best time. The hotel was lovely as was the hot tub and pool. Our room was very clean with a balcony and had everything we needed in it not to mention an extremely comfy bed.
Great location as it is just on the edge of the busy village so plenty of peace to sleep but a 5 minute walk from all the bustle.
Will definitely be back!

Phenomenal place. Every little detail was well thought out in the place. From having a barn wood covered fireplace in each room, to the stuffed monsters on each pillow, the recycling trash bins, to th...e rubber ducky in each room, to the "happy hour" in the lobby each afternoon, this place was perfect. Cable tv had plenty of options. Each room was well appointed, with vintage, and country chic decorations, and felt very at home. The soap dispensers in each room, and the pool bathroom as well were well appreciated. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept in, but I will certainly be returning next time I'm in Whistler Village. The free mountain shuttle was nice, not that it's needed, since the lifts are only a 10 minute walk through the village. See More

We stayed here last week for our wedding and ski vacation! From the very second we walked through the doors, we felt at home. The front desk staff are incredible - super accommodating and helpful. Cou...rtney, the front office manager has a real good crew going on and she is also super helpful. Mother Nature changed our wedding plans and the staff were more than happy to help us problem solve. They even left a wonderful surprise in our room for us upon checking in. The location is perfect - a short walk to the base of the mountain, or you can take the shuttle which is super efficient thanks to the work of Mark !! He's awesome!! The attention to detail - hot chocolate bar, candy dishes to the sock monsters on the bed make this place the most charming little spot. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings located outdoors. Everything was clean and well kept. Our housekeeper, Robin was great and left towel animals as well. Just the greatest little spot! So great we have already booked for next January again. Thank you so so much, Summit Lodge. There's no wonder why this hotel is winning awards!! :) See More

Fantastic hotel! Stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was absolutely beautiful. Suite was spacious, modern and very clean and had a kitchen, king size bed, fireplace and balcony. I stayed here with dog and appreciated how truly dog friendly this hotel was. Pleasantly surprised to find dog treats and a dog toy in our room. Lots of little extras that made our stay even better. There was a Fujifilm Instax camera in our room (with film) so we could snap a few photos. Hotel also gifted us a bottle of wine! Staff were wonderful and the location is close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery shopping. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend. See More

What a great place to stay. Front desk staff super friendly as well as cleaning and other staff. Rooms very clean, bathtub nice and deep. Love how the lotions and shampoo are not in those wasteful con...tainers.The beds and pillows so soft and comfortable. Didnt get to go in the pool but our room over looked it. I should of after the Mudderella lol. Oh the free candy at the front desk well that topped it off. Thanks for having us, we found our new favorite hotel in Whistler! See More

It's a stylish and hip boutique hotel right in the heart of Whistler Blackcomb Village. Walking distance to award-winning restaurants, shops and skiing. It's clean, friendly staff, prompt service and ...they have a complimentary coffee bar that serves delicious beverages. Ski shuttle runs like clockwork, too. One of the best spring break skiing vacations by far. See More
