Changa is an amazing teacher and person. I found Sunlight and Yoga through Class Pass and quickly sw...itched over to a monthly membership. He takes the time to get to know his students and work with them to improve their practice. I've been practicing for years and did not see improvement until finding Changa. I now can feel when my body needs to be adjusted in certain poses and feel more confident trying new poses. Everyone at the studio is friendly and helpful. It's like a second family of sorts. Try his class if you haven't already. You won't regret it! See More
I was skeptical and new to yoga 5 months ago when I started at Sunlight with Changa. But WOW! It was... life changing. Its yoga, but less tree huggie. I would say it's Real Yoga. If you are a beginner or still need some assistance, you will be encouraged and assisted. I improve every time I am there. Plus the atmosphere is so friendly. I would highly recommend this place to everyone of all levels. But especially if you are thinking about starting. It has been a great balance to my exercise routine of running. What a great way to tone my muscles and gain energy. See More
I have been to multiple yoga studios in Baltimore and have found the one! Sunlight & Yoga is small, ...welcoming and attracts students diverse in body shapes and skill level. Honor yourself and go to a morning class when the studio is filled with sunlight and reflections from the crystals in the windows. It's magic. I have begun a regular practice because of Changa & S&Y. Thank you! See More
