I was interested in buying a car later on this year in the coming months. However because I wasnt buying in the short term the dealer was not interested. If I'm spending so much money on a car I want to try it out and have time to think about it. The dealer told me that I'm wasting his time because he's on commission.
If a dealer goes out of his way to help me then I'm going to come back to the same dealer because I feel I can trust them to sell me a quality vehicle. I am a serious buyer and I'm definitely not coming back here. I'd rather spend more at another dealer that looks after all customers.
I’m very disappointed with Sutherland Nissan.
I called them Friday (yesterday) about a used vehicle they had advertised on special and I was told by the salesman Finch that he would hold the car for me to pick up the next morning (Saturday- today). So we did a 6 hour drive from Parkes to pick it up only to be told that they sold the car to someone else.
I’m not sure how a dealership can consider theirselves to be professional when they do this.
YEP. Waisted quiet a... few hours of my time. And basically he couldn’t give a stuff about what they did.
I thought Nissan was a respected company and I’m very surprised that they allow one of there dealerships to treat customers like this.
But they did give us a free coffee just before telling us that he had sold it. I felt like telling them to shove the coffee where the sun doesn’t shine. I probably should have now I have thought more about it.
I’ve purchased a shit load of cars over the last 50 Year’s and never been treated this way be a car dealership before.

Sutherland Nissan offer a great service. Living over an hour away, organising a service during school holidays with a 3 month old baby (who hates the car), an 8 year old and 9 year old was something I was completely dreading.
Amazingly, Ryan from the service department offered to pick up my car from Camden, leave me with a courtesy car and then drive my car back the following day with the service completed. I didn't need to make the trek to Sutherland from Camden after all.
Awesome customer service. I highly recommend Sutherland Nissan.
I recently bought my first new car here n the process was smooth n pleasant. I took it there for the first service (which usually gives me major anxiety). The service guy was amazing n extremely helpful n when i asked stupid questions didnt treat me as i was stupid. Great experience.

I was ready to give up after going to other car yards and feeling pressured until I came to Sutherland Nissan & Aron really listened to me and what i wanted. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! During the process of a sale a rep. would say they will call me back...2 days later i have to call them(this happened several times). Now after the sale i was told the info and details of the sale would be mailed to me, its a month on and no paperwork yet. I would not recommend this business to anyone
