Internship - Summer Associate Program
Khan & Associates seeks 2 – 3 law students for Summer 2018. Associate Program is structured around our practice areas and matches summer interns’ interests with project assignments. Our summer internship program is designed to provide law students with meaningful and challenging work experiences similar to those of a first-year associate. The interns are given an opportunity to get a first-hand feel of a working law environment by encouraging them to participate in a wide range of professional activities, such as attending negotiations, meetings with senior lawyers and court proceedings along with substantive research and writing projects.

#SuoMoto actions have developed in Pakistan in a form of Judicial activism. Mr. Muhammad Ahmad Pansota explains its contribution to Pakistani Judicial culture and how it has developed as a new form in our judicial system.
Our law students have been handling approximately 30 cases in our Law Clinic under the direct supervision of Barrister Hassan Khan Niazi and Barrister Waleed Ashraf in just four months! These cases include declaration, contempt proceedings, criminal cases ranging from bail applications to murder and rape, civil matters ranging from property to the suites of recovery and family cases. In this very little time, our students have learned a variety of practical skills, from case law research to drafting all types of legal documents, from interviewing clients to preparing argument note and arguments in the court. And that's how law students are meant to be taught!

This little girl named Savera has been lost since June 15, 2015 from her house in Kahnah, Lahore. The family has been struggling since then to get the further investigation done to find her after the FIR being registered with police to no avail.
