If you order ETS passes online, please note the ETS online store is suspending orders starting Wednesday, June 22. Place orders on or before Tuesday for July passes. To provide the best customer service possible and to make sure people get the passes they pay for, the ETS online store will be suspending service due to recent media coverage about a possible Canada Post service disruption. In the event this occurs, transit tickets and passes will be available for purchase in-person at the ETS Customer Services Centre at City Hall and at various retailers across the City. Online purchases will resume once Canada Post mail delivery is confirmed.

Good News: This Sunday, Metro Line trains will be increasing speeds, including at the pedestrian crossings at 108 Avenue and 113 Avenue. Please remember: safety first. Cross tracks with caution; Look both ways; Clear tracks; Do NOT cross tracks when gates/signals active.
Also important to note a slight schedule change. Trains will now wait longer at NAIT instead of holding as long as they have been at the MacEwan station. There will still be a temporary - but shorter - hold at MacEwan while Metro Line trains wait for the right-of-way to get onto the Capital Line track.

As of Sunday, June 19, Metro Line trains will be increasing speeds, including at the pedestrian crossings at 108 Avenue and 113 Avenue. Remember:

Happy Clean Air Day!
