It was recently brought to our attention that not everyone is seeing our posts because Facebook would like us to pay to promote our page. Because of this reason, we have created a new Taylor North Central Little League group. You can edit your settings in this group to see every single post or only posts from your friends, etc. It is very important that everyone can stay up-to-date with information regarding spring and fall ball. As always, I will answer all private message on this page still as well as my personal facebook. I have included the link to the new group. Thank you--Sherri Cloutier

Opening day information: 4/28/18

Your coach will direct the players where to meet that morning. Usually between 8-830 because the parade will start promptly at 9:00. The parade route will start and Beverly and Pardee and go down Pardee to Newcastle where the players will enter the outfield gates of the major field. If you do NOT have a volunteer form on file or haven’t been asked by a manager, you will not walk in the parade or onto the field during the opening ceremony. Th...is is for the safety of the children.

We will have a team banner contest as we have had the past few years.

Good afternoon TNC friends and families. While it may be officially "Spring", it has not felt like it at all. And while today's temperature is awesome, we are looking at some very cold temperatures through next week. This is the reason why the bathrooms at TNC have not been opened yet for 2018. The bathrooms are maintained by the City of Taylor, and if they open them up,and turn the water on, and then the temperatures go below freezing, the pipes will freeze and do major damage to the bathrooms. We do not want this. So please, while it may be inconvenient, until the temperature allows it, make alternate plans. We will be at the clubhouse a lot over the next two weeks, if we are there, please knock and we will let you in. Thank you for understanding.

We need some good thoughts for our buddy, Madden Smith. While on vacation with his family, Madden was hit by a truck. Madden has breaks in his pelvis, his femur, wrist and a lot of road rash. He also had to have surgery. He and his family could use all the prayers they can get while he recovers. He needs to get better before he can come back to MI. Our hearts go out to the Smith family. On a side note, if we gave awards to the best customers at the TNC concession stand, Madden and his brother Mason would’ve won hands down. They visited us almost every day, several times a day during fall ball. We can’t wait until he is back and visiting us again soon. 💙

Candy money turn in will be Saturday, March 31 from 12-2. If your candy money is late, your Child will not be permitted to begin practicing with their team.

There still seems to be some confusion regarding the new bat rules. In the baseball/teeball divisions, your bat MUST have the stamp on it shown below. Umpires will be checking the bats before the games and if it doesn’t have the sticker, it will be removed from the dugout.

Still need ONE teeball manager. If someone doesn’t step up, after I place kids on teams, whoever is left will get their money back and not be able to play. Please, someone step up and take a team. 🙏⚾️

We only need one more Manager in the teeball division. Thanks so much to those of you that have stepped up so far! ⚾️

Tomorrow and Sunday!
