Something refreshing to sip on this spring 🌱
Grapefruit, Cucumber and Jasmine Green Tea Cooler
Serves 2 ...
-2 pink grapefruits, peeled and segmented — removing bitter membranes (about 1.5 cups; or substitute 1.5 cups fresh grapefruit juice)
-4 inch segment hothouse cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped (about 1/2 cup)
-Juice of 1/2 a lime
-1 cup Teas’ Tea Jasmine Green Tea
-Small handful of ice cubes Honey or sweetener of choice, if desired
1.Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
2.Taste and add sweetener, if necessary, as grapefruits vary in their levels of sweetness.
3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Spring is here, and this Honey Oolong Lemonade Iced Tea recipe brings the sunshine, even if it’s cloudy outside. 🍋🌱
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup steaming hot water
1/2 cup lemon juice (from about 3 lemons)
1 bottle Teas’ Tea Golden Oolong Tea
1. In a heat-proof pitcher, combine honey and hot water. Stir until honey is dissolved. 2. Add lemon juice and oolong tea and stir to combine.
3. Chill and serve over ice with lemon slices and a sprig of mint.
