Doesn't always report factual, pertinent stories and every time I click on the link to a story, some pop up comes up. I also never find any important stories that should be reported in this paper. The... actual paper is super thin and not worth the amount they charge.

They did an article with the family over our sons overdose and didnt get the facts right. Wouldnt call me back when i called him. He took bits and pieces of what we said and wrote what he wanted. I wa...s so upset. They wouldn't print a retraction
. Its almost like they try to hurt the family by putting their business out there and then adding what they want to it. So sad for our family and any other grieving family. This is Donna on Kevins fb btw.
Where's the story about the mayor selling public works to American water to pay for the police and fire mans pensions to be solvent for 12 years when with a few upgrades the city could make 8 million ...profit a year and not be broke in 12 years and laying everyone off they're already meeting with city workers where's your story at even though the mayor said he wouldn't sale this in his reelection

If a person chooses to end their life , I don’t think writing about a person background
or cases is the news for the day especially not the exact day he was found and everyone had to receive such news.... Very insensitiv e , you should know he has children like my friend stated who has to deal with this. A mother , father , friends etc who knows regardless of how you have painted him he was still valuable and loved . You have a paintbrush and choose to disrespect the dead and those who loved him. Very DISRESPECT FUL considerin g that informatio n last shared won’t help with a single case.
This very sad and disrespect
ful...We are talking about someone's child..... father...f riend...an d family member..Yo u are trying to label him as a bad person and don't even know him...I don't care what ...the courts say nor police..Hi s family is in mourning why can't u all just let it go....Inst ead of posting his life story u should pay respects to his family like you all do the police officers and their families but I guess that's too much like right huh...I'm very disappoint ed...
Every time I go to read a story on the tell a lie I get a pop up about half way they the story and have to exit out and restart the story. This is very annoying. It's about time to just wait for the s...tory to come out on another news source and read it there with no pop ups you sell outs.

Between the inconsiste
ncies in some of the articles and the fact that it's impossible to read a complete story without being redirected to download a random app or to some rewards game its become too ...much of a chore to enjoy your site.
Y’all need to be put out of business. You lie in your articles just to keep people reading this garbage
is a confession of your character; ” you’ve shown in the past few months how judge mental , insensitiv e , & careless your publishing company is towards the community of Alton . we’d apprecia...te if you’d take your judgements & false claims elsewhere .
I usually go to the Editorial Page first. I have 2 favorite Guest or Contributi
ng columnists and they are David Crowley and John Hopkins. Now I will add John and Andy Schlafly. I miss John Hopkins' co...lumns. I hope he will return sometime soon.
This paper is nothing but twisted ass stories and gossip...t
he only thing this paper is good for is the classified s.... just ridiculous .. make sure you get facts straight before running a story. All y...ou do is slander peoples names and businesses . Definitely won't waste my money on the "news"pape r anymore.
A biased newspaper!
Janet Daley should be sacked for her wanton verbal diarrhoea against people who wish to remain as a part of the EU../ How bally dare she! You are NOT the paper I used to think you were...
You guys do nothing but slander business' and lie to no end about your story's. Next time you wanna post a story about a business get the facts from both sides or stay the hell out of it. Tired of see...ing nothing but LIES coming out of your so called "newspaper
". Think of the business' before you post the other persons side. Absolutely pathetic
After 6 a.m., no paper. I wish my family could break the habit of "needing" a newspaper in their hands. One single Sunday store ad is BIGGER than The Telegraph.
Obviously most of the stories in thi...s tiny paper have already been somewhere on the internet days ago. But unfortunat ely not everyone can afford to be online either. Shame on you for stealing money from those who can't let go. It's not a "news"-pap er at all. It should be free considerin g how few pages there are now. What is The Telegraph subscripti on for? Sunday coupons? That's not a deal either. And the Free newspapers we receive in the mail from other companies actually have news!
