Week 3 phase 3 of program complete. Graduated and got my CDL and I must say all of the staff here at Tennessee truck diving school are awesome people. They take good care of you and do everything in t...heir power to prepare you for the real world of Trucking.

Hands down the worst mistake I've made in my life. It's all tea and cakes going through the school, get out in the real world and see just how unprepared you are. Learn real quick trucking ain't for y...ou, now your on the hook for$5,500. These sail's gimmick trucking brochures are false advertisement. These trucking companies don't give a damn about you. Their recruiting is so high because these companies are revolving doors. I came here out of desperation, was loosing everything. Fell for the BS. They made it so easy to get in " no upfront casts" Couldn't make it work for me, now the school is threatening me because I'm in a position I can't pay what's owed. Don't make the same mistake I did. When they tell you trucking ain't for everyone, what they mean is trucking ain't for most anyone. Do yourself a favor before you join this school, research how many prior students are in my same position. These people are all smiles when you walk in the door. They see dollar signs. It's not about you. it's about your Thou$and$. See More

Well it's been 9 months since I finished trucking school, and I'm glad I jumped out on faith and took that drive to Tennessee. Trucking has changed my life for the better, and I love it. What I like m...ost about this school is that the staff keeps it real with you and won't give up on you even when you want to give up on yourself. Trust me I've had my share of cry baby days but they believed in me and here I am riding with the big dogs LOL. If I had to start over and pick a school I'd be back at TTDS!

Anyone wanting to start a great career in trucking needs to consider TTDS...they will completely finance the school (with approved pre hire). I passed my cdl test today and believe me they don't just ...hand it to you. They will however give you the tools to succeed. Every instructor was top notch and the experience, though challenging, was well worth it. Thanks again guys! And I'll bring my truck by!!! See More

You get out what you put in first and foremost. Do not expect to learn how to be a truck driver. That comes with real world experience. What TTDS does is prepare you to earn your CDL. They are EXCELL...ENT at doing it. The formulas they have developed work. Chris, Sam, Mick, Drew, and Stephanie were my instructors. They ALL done everything they could to make sure I was prepared for my test. Louie, Janet, and Skylar made sure I had a job lined up before I started. I can’t say enough good about this school. If you don’t make it as a trucker you can’t blame this school. The skills they teach you are enough to get you started. Build on those, make them your own, and go make money. TTDS is a great school. Awesome friendly staff. Louie was super energetic right off the bat when we came in to talk to them. He was able to answer all our questions. The trainers are all very knowled...geable. They care about there students. You get out of it what you put into it. The key to success there is take the cotton out your ears and put it in your mouth. Listen to what they tell you, study, take it serious. They won't steer you wrong (No pun intended). It's all about safety first. The best part about it once you graduate and get your license, you don't have to worry about finding a job. They do job placement before you even start. So you are guaranteed a job as long as you do what your supposed to. And they got your back down the road if you ever need help finding a new company. I would recommend TTDS to anyone starting out there career or getting back into it. See More

Tennessee Truck Driving School is in need of a qualified Class A CDL instructor. PREVIOUS STUDENTS, this could be a great opportunity for you! To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of proven OTR experience, a clean driving record, clean criminal history, and a positive and enthusiastic attitude. As a company, it is extremely important that all staff show immense patience and even-temperament when coaching our students. Instructors start out making $900.00 the first year ...of employment and receive paid health insurance after the first 90 days. For those that are interested in becoming a 3rd party examiner, we offer up to $1100.00.
