Dear Teresa's team, I am writing you to both praise your concept and food and also to caution against one of the ingredients you use. I noticed that in quite a ...few of your dishes you use soy products such as soy milk, soy mayonnaise, and tofu. I was surprised and almost shocked to see this is part of your menu, as not a single health food restaurant I'm aware of considers these products to be healthy. To the contrary, unfermented and non-organic soy products like tofu or milk can be very damaging to health. I am leaving below links to one of the best-known health websites, run by Dr. Mercola, where the difference between unfermented and fermented soy products is explained. Fermented soy products such as organic miso and tamari have been shown to extend life spans and protect against cancers, which is one of the reasons why Japan has one of the longest lifespans, while unfermented soy products are associated with a number of health problems and dysfunctions, especially in children, and even extending to the next generation. This is not a criticism of all your hard work and amazing foods you do have, I recognize the effort you put in and have to say that the majority of foods is excellent. However, please please, as a health food restaurant, be aware that unfermented (and non-organic) soy products can be very very damaging to health. Some customers may not be aware of this but I do feel it is our responsibility, as professionals, to be the pioneers of this information and to implement it into our businesses. In my comment below you will find two links, one explaining the difference between fermented vs. unfermented soy products and the other one is a video going into more detail.

Ayer fuimos una amiga y yo con nuestros respectivos pekes a Flax & Kale C/ Tallers a comer. Ante todo elogiar el sitio encantador, amplio, moderno, los zumos un... sueño, y la comida buena, saludable, equilibrada, pero, el susto fué al recibir la cuenta, porque para mi hijo pedimos un plato de pasta con mantequilla que nos cobraron a 12,50€.
Hablamos con el encargado y nos indicó que son normas de la casa, jamas pensamos que un plato de Spaguetti hervido con mantequilla podian costar lo mismo que un plato de pasta muy eleborado como otros de la carta.
SI al menos hubiesen tenido un detalle con los mas pequeños, pues el asunto quedaba olvidado, pero ha quedado una espinita que nos estropeó el feeling del momento y la buena comida.
Agradezco hagan en la carta una pequeña anotación ante variantes de la carta, para así no ir "a ciegas" en situaciones como la mencionada, porque el esfuerzo de una buena imagen, luego queda muy mermada con algo tan sencillo.

He pedido los 5 días de detox para probar, servicio horroroso!!!
1. Si coges 5 días y caen en un fin de semana, el servicio de entrega NO entrega y de eso nadi...e te avisa
2. En la web dicen que entregan hasta las 15h por lo cual me lo quería mandar al trabajo, pero resulta que entregan a las 19h (según el acuerdo que tienen con MRW)
3. El telefono en la web teresa juicery va al restaurante, ahí te dan un teléfono del "chico que gestiona los zumos" - pero este chico no coge el teléfono!

Han sido muy atentos y me han solucionado un problema con el envío porque me iba de viaje. Los zumos venían en una caja isotermica muy bien conservados.

Nice concept but disappointing - juice a bit pallid and watery and service poor- short changed me - unapologetic and didn't ask if I needed a bag - eventually gave me paper one which collapsed with heavy wet juice from fridge in it - and all very pricey

Jo vaig tenir un desengany, no pot ser que a les 19.15 de la tarda no et deixin seure per prendre res , només per sopar. Què els passa a alguns locals que només volen treure el màxim profit,no sé si hi tornaré. No són els únics que ofereixen aquest producte a BCN. Quina llàstima
