I am not a musician and I am totally ignorant and illiterate of music. I do LOVE Franz Liszt's music, be they piano or orchestra or vocal. Glad to see you on Facebook, and I look forward to learn mor...e from you. See More

International Musicians Academy is a great opportunity to work with a professional orchestra in a summer festival setting:

Now, in the middle of the winter, plans for the summer musical activities are busy. I would like to let you know of an exciting opportunity for young artists t...o work as soloists, conductors or composers with a professional orchestra at a festival I am starting in Bulgaria this summer. The competitive program (open to only 4 players each for violin, cello, piano, conductors, composers) provides daily rehearsals and 4concerts during the 2-week program event. The website, has more information and several samples of the orchestra performing.
The program is small enough that it can be tailored to individual needs. There is a daily master class as well and opportunities for private lessons.

Soloists benefit from 4 rehearsals/week with the orchestra. Apprentice conductors will work with the Vidin Sinfonietta daily. Each week the festival will select a resident apprentice composer in the orchestral category, and one in the chamber music category.
