The Basement East

March 3, 2020  · Shared with Public
We appreciate all the love and support from the Nashville community! Stay safe Nashville!
Due to the tornado, tonight’s Elohim show has been canceled. All tickets will be refunded via ticketweb.
We are diligently working on each show to either relocate or cancel. We will send updates out to ticket holders, on our website and social media as we determine the status of each show. Please bear with us as this process could take a few days to weeks.

Is there a way to give people the option of NOT getting a refund on their ticket purchase, and instead, it going toward helping you guys get back up and biz as usual? Realize insurance takes care of a lot, but employees could also be needing $ as not working shifts.

Most importantly, y’all are ok. We were so stoked to visit you Friday for the Fruition show. The consolation is that the staff is safe. Thanks for the update.

I'm not in a rush to hear about ticket refunds and venue changes. Just devastated at the sight of that iconic building blown down, but glad everyone is safe.

The "I Believe in Nashville" mural should be kept intact and placed in the entrance of East Nashville. You guys are pretty amazing.

If we have paid for a show that gets cancelled can I donate the ticket price rather than get a refund?

The Basement East - I know its a few hours away, but if any artists need a last minute location to perform, The Concourse may be able to help. We wish you a quick recovery/rebuild, and our thoughts are with you. Feel free to reach out or have the artists/agents reach out if we can help in anyway - jay@concourseknox.com

So glad to hear you all are safe. I drove down from Ohio last week for the Brothers of a Feather show and the staff was top notch. Sending good vibes from the north.

So happy to hear that your staff is safe. Buildings are replaceable. Wishing you all the best. That mural on the remaining wall is an iconic image. 😢
