The pros: excellent food - the cauliflowe
The cons: The bartender - nice as he was, was having a hard time keeping up with drink orders. The wait - our party of 4 had to wait an hour for a table on a Wednesday night. The noise - it was almost impossible
And I'm not sure if this is a pro or con, but the portion sizes are really big. It would've been nice to be given a heads up that we were probably ordering too much food, but I'm looking forward to the leftovers,

Also, their water glasses are just a little bit larger than shot glass, so it is annoying to constantly
I agree their lighting is too dark to read the menus. (in that dim of light, the print is an illegible font, except when in bold).
SO, while I applaud them for a vegan venture, I encourage them to make a move towards the healthier and more flavorful side of vegan food (no GMOs! and don't be afraid to use jalapeños)
I hope they stay in the hood long enough to work out the kinks.

TBP's Executive Chef Laura - Lou Mustachio and Head Baker Josh Peters cooked up Rugbrod (Danish bread) medallions topped with Cashew Dill Cream Cheese, Cucumber Relish & Smoked Carrot Threads, pairing them with Independence Brewing Co.'s Red Bud Berliner Weisse.
