Instead of focusing on having to do 60 to 90 minutes of yoga for it to count, why not stretch for 30 minutes or less a day and make it more frequent?

When it comes to flexibility, frequency is often more important then duration. 🙏

{I tell myself this as I struggle to get the Wi-Fi working in a follow along yoga video. I got frustrated and gave up on it. I gave up on my yoga practice yesterday. It was a 60 Minute long video, but I decided stretch on my own for 10 minutes and felt more limber afterwards, but then upon writing it down in my life planner, I wondered if it counted at all.}

Where is your sanctuary?
Hello m'fitties!
Today I found a sanctuary so simple, so calm, it melted my heart. Complete with ambience sound, a rocking chair and a Zen set, I let my weary soul breathe for once.
I can't wait to go back. 🎇
