We had our teaming last March 8, 2018 with our operations group and rented the big function room. It's generally clean and the aircon working. The sound system, mike and videoke are all in good condit...ion. The toilet is outside a few walks from the function room. The lagoon outside and the flowering plants are well maintained. Most of all, the food served to us is great from breakfast to dinner. Love their Caldereta and Sinampalokang Manok. Though we haven't tried the pool due to time constraint, we really enjoyed our stay. 2 thumbs up! See More

D.I.R.T.Y. Rooms are soooooo dirty! Faucet are leaking and filled with rust. Aircon isnt't even working fine due to tooooo much dust on its filter. Sheets seem unchanged. Grass Garden, but grasses see...m unmaintained. And yes they have public places where you are not allowed to stay. Pang public nga eh. And even the videoke has a limit for songs even if there's no other people who wish to sing. Definitely not coming back and not recommending this place. I wonder why BARO even considered them a place to visit in Bulacan. See More

Just came home from a 3 day long weekend vacation, we are very happy that we all agreed to choose Grass Garden to spend our precious family time (thanks to Mr and Mrs. Dr. Berboso for the treat). This... place is not new to us given that we always come here whenever we wanted to take a dip, but you can never get enough of the good and clean vibes everytime we are there. Although the hotel rooms are not to be compared with high end ones where we normally go to, it is still within my standars. The pool water is always maintained clean and life guards are always on the look out, the grilling area is controlled on one side of the resort making it almost a smoke free resort (if not for some loitering smoking guest, hehehe). Not to mention the falls and the plants (i love those theme). All in all, this place is highly recommendable for anyone who wanted to enjoy their vacation on a safe, clean, environment friendly and a happy place to bring your family. Can't wait to go back their. See More

My whole family and I recently stayed at the Grass Garden resort, mainly because it was also the venue for my sister’s 18th birthday. The resort was undoubtedly beautiful: every inch of the place was ...picture-perfect! But unfortunately, we received very poor customer service. It all started during our check-in at the resort. Since we were staying for two nights and had a big event during our stay, we arrived with lots of bags and needed a porter to help us. Two big trolleys were offered but zero effort was made to help us put our bags into the trolley. A lot of staff stood around watching us do their job for them! Furthermore, no towels were provided for some extra rooms that we booked, and the same happened for some of our guests who decided to stay at the resort. So perhaps the resort’s customer service needs more initiative and motivation. Lastly, the staff had a very poor attitude and manners. We asked them for information about their services such as the spa, and the receptionist wouldn’t even give us a straight answer. All she said was “No one’s here that can do that!” without giving us further information such as when the service would be available and/or the prices of the spa they can provide. There was minimal interaction and she didn’t even look at us while talking to us. When I politely called for the attention of another staff member in the shop, she asked me what I wanted with her back facing me and carried on with whatever she was doing without turning round. Her attitude was as if she didn’t want to be disturbed and didn’t want to serve me or anyone at all. This behaviour from the staff carried on until we left on the third day of our stay at the resort. All of our guests also noticed the poor customer service. Overall, the only good thing that I can say is that the resort is beautiful. But because of the customer service, I wouldn’t choose to come back to the resort or recommend it to anyone. See More

The receptionist was not friendly, wouldn't smile, always spoke negatively. Given that they are the first staff that guests would see, she must make a good impression. When we asked if they had she said "nawala nga last week!" as if we were there when it happened. There were parts that were very slippery, not safe for kids who loves to run. My friend had an accident because of the concrete seat in the pool that he did not see and the staff was clueless of what to do and their first aid kit was not complete. Luckily we were with a nurse so she knew what to do. We asked one of them Lloyd to accompany us to the nearest hospital, he was nice. The place also is mosquito and ant infested. Our room"s cable box was hanging by the wire and the flush wasnt working... I have to fix them for our safety and convenience. On the good side, we like how cozy the place was. Nice for taking pictures. Love that there's a mini playground and the fact that there are lifeguards when there are people on the pool. See More

Place is clean, lighting and service both good. Lots of places to take Insta-worthy pictures. Our family and friends went yesterday and we had the place pratically to ourselves. Will definitely visit again.

This is the nth time I have been in this place. I liked it so much before that I even brought my workmates and family multiple times. Just yesterday, my boyfriend and I went in to celebrate his birthd...ay. We opt for the "umbrella" cottage (300 pesos) since its just the 2 of us and we do not intend to stay overnight. Everything was okay. Except for the little rain and some insects and amphibians in the pool.
I did not enjoy my last visit because 1. There was no sheltered parking area 2. Faucet on the nearby sink is not working. 3. The place was dark. (Lacks ample lighting to showcase the beautiful landscape) 4. Bugs and tiny frog in the pool. 5. Mosquitoes. Sobrang malamok yung place as in.
I think its still best to dip in the AM and prolly will get a hotel room next time esp for a night stay.

PS. Hotel room rate is 2500 with free breakfast + 200 entrace fee per person

We could gave given this a 5 however, the lady who accepted our payment was not really accommodating. She doesn't know how to smile... She didn't even informed us na may free breakfast pala for hote...l accommodation... Thanks sa ibang staff na super friendly naman... So, bawi na din... Some few suggestions lang, matapang ang chlorine sa pool... So maybe they can do something para bawasan un... And kulang ng pool light sa gabi... The fountain could have been highlighted... But overall, we had a good stay... Given a chance we would love to go back and have a relaxing dip again... See More

A lot of nice spots to take pictures and spacious cottages with electric fan and bag spaces. Nice crew. I just think that the resort should add another pool and create some activities for the visitors... to enjoy more. Over all t'was a nice experience. Kudos! See More

The place is beautiful but the loud videoke ruins the ambiance. Videoke sesions way past 12 mignight is not acceptable especially when paying guests are checked-in to the villas.

The place was good majestic actually, BUT THE PEOPLE working in it, especially those on duty during October 21, 2017, WERE NOT.

It was my wedding day. We did not get a coordinator (in charge for all... the preparations) because we believe that since we will be having our wedding and reception in Bulacan, transactions and other related negotiations will be smooth and less hassle. Bulakenyos are known to be accommodating, sentimental, and respectful.

We saw Grass Garden and fell in love with it right away and so we decided it to be the perfect venue for our reception. But there was a huge misunderstanding regarding the settling of payment in Grass Garden. We did pay the 50% of the rental fee to them. And so we proceed to the preparation. During my most awaited wedding day, the ‘Assistant Manager’ together with some staff nagged us regarding the receipt and approached us repeatedly BEFORE AND DURING the program. They also told us that if we cannot show them our receipt we must pay right away. Imagine being forced to produce a proof/receipt and/or cash ON YOUR WEDDING DAY WHILE THE PROGRAM IS ON GOING. Of course it was not in our hands during that time though I have told them to settle whatever it is in a while (after the program) but they kept on coming back every time we were at the dressing room. I told that to them many times. Yes, they were stressing the Groom and the Bride to settle the payments. Imagine being in the moment where you have to enjoy your one-year-planned wedding celebration then these people keeps on asking for money. A year of planning to have a magical night was totally wrecked by the ‘Assistant Manager’. Not to mention their attitude while talking to us. We will not run away, this could’ve settled after the event. My husband and I grew up in Bulacan, my husband is still residing in Guiguinto. We even offered them our ID's to assure them that we will settle everything but they did not accept it. It's very unprofessional and it really killed the joy and excitement that we want to feel on OUR SPECIAL NIGHT.
