It's Shrove Tuesday, the day when you eat pancakes and stuff.
Here's a post from last year with some awesome rosemary and olive oil pancakes with candied pancetta and maple syrup.
Pizza cooked in a frying pan. While it may sound like a dinner party stunt, it is a very convenient way of cooking a pizza that both is faster and produces considerably better results than those from a home oven.

A friend of mine is looking to raise funds for her sister who has been diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer, a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer.
Please check out the link to find out more about this wonderful sister and mother, and I encourage to you at the very least share this your friends, and if you can, to donate what you can to the course to help them reach their modest target of $15,000. Every dollar counts....
I appreciate whatever help you can offer. Thanks

Shots from La Renaissance party to celebrate the induction of chef Jean-Michel Raynaud and La Renaissance into the prestigious invite-only French patisserie association, Relais Desserts.
Speaking to chef Jean-Michel, he likens the induction and recognition to obtaining a Michelin star. Given that you need to be nominated by existing members and those members consist of the likes of the legendary Pierre Herme, it's quite the accolade. Congratulations to Jean-Michel and La Renaissance.
Shots from lunch at the Phillipine Food Festival buffet at the Shangri-La's Cafe Mix. A fabulous feast of Filo flavours that runs until 10th October 2015.
