I want to thank mike and all of his staff for making our wedding so amazing, the food hands down the best in the area, staff is so amazing and attentive to every little detail, the atmosphere is awesome. Such a great place to eat and drink.

The venue is cool. I love the set up. The food is great. They oversold the place so much I thought the floor was made of other people's shoes. Sardines would complain of the tight fit.
A show can sell out. A venue can have a max occupancy. Don't be greedy fucks and oversell a show.

Wait staff was very attentive. Great food. Got the cheese platter. It was mild and delicious. Sweet potato fries are yummy. Was there for a concert last night. Bar and kitchen staff deserve a raise for all their hard work.

Great atmosphere and delicious food! Even though it was crowded, the wait time for food was decent. Drinks, apps and dinner in just over an hour. We will definitely return!

I like the shows they have here, but it is RIDICULOUS how they do ticketing. You can't buy a ticket at the bar prior to day of, so you're FORCED to either pay the service fee to buy ahead, or gamble and hope they don't sell out. It's total bullshit.

any one who has not been to the hollow restaurant recently are missing out on one fantastic dinner there menu has entrees that rival nyc couture dining. we were a group of ten and had the best meal on Saturday evening.

I came here on st Patrick's day and had so much fun, no complaints. I came to visit friends in New York this past weekend. We started at blue 82 then I was like... let's go over to the hollow. Got there showed my out of state license, and the bouncer goes "nope". Really your not going to let me (25) and my fiancé who is almost 30 in because you cannot distinguish between a fake and real license. It is very frustrating and I understand you can deny anyone you want. But this just put a very bad taste in my mouth about this place. Hopefully you can come up with a better way. Wow.
Totally elated with the combination of deliciousness and bare bones satisfying food!
We had the Eggplant Stacks and the Gnocchi for main courses and the ...Polenta with Shitake Mushrooms appetizer. Everything was full of great fresh ingredients and loads of garlic. Loved our waiter, maybe his name was Curtis? Anyway. Good job everyone. Loved it! عرض المزيد

I love this place! The food is amazing, they have a great happy hour, friendly staff and delicious drinks!!! I frequently go to shows at The Hollow and they ar...e always wonderful. They book great bands and have a good variety of music! Security does a great job getting people in and out and making sure everyone is safe. I've never been a big fan of Albany night life until I started going to the Hollow! I had a wonderful experience back in May for my birthday! Me and a few friends went for dinner and drinks. I highly recommend the gnocchi and also the hummus board!! We had several specialty drinks that were reasonably priced! I had the best mojitos ever that night! Between the group we tried several different cocktails all of which were great! They also gave everyone in our party a free shot for my 25th birthday! After dinner we went to the other side of the establishment and caught a Mister F show with special guests Elm! It was great! Quick entry and re-entry! The bar was crowded but I never waited more than a minute to have my drink order placed! The bartenders were very quick and attentive! I always recommend this place to friends and family. I work at a hotel in Clifton Park and many of our guests have business meetings in Albany. I always suggest they have dinner there and it's always a hit! Thanks to the amazing staff for always going above and beyond and really embodying guest service!!! Keep up the great work!! عرض المزيد
