"I don't think I left the party. I think the party's leaving me," says Republican Congressman Denver Riggleman.

The GOP has "policies that are solid, but we're actually starting to see candidates that are pushing theories that are outlandish... it's sort of a glom of conspiracy theories that are non-sensical," Riggleman adds.
