Bought the Shopisle Pro theme, and installed the Advanced CSS Editor(Shopisles plugin). Worked fine,... untill 3 weeks ago, after updating the plugin I can no longer use it. I'm unable to click through the different screen sizes (Desktop, mobile, tablet). This also means that im unable to edit my CSS code which is unacceptable.
Now the problem with this is that I'm trying to reach themeisle but get ignored. The customer service is terrible.
If you have a tight deadline, don't expect any help from customer support. After all the tinkering I've done myself and trials to get it to work, I had no luck and this was all just a huge waste of time.
I hope you finally get your head out of your asses after I've written this review because apparently there is no other way to reach you. See More

Stil...l learning wordpress on my own wanted to try Themeisle theme Hestia. It was lazy Sunday afternoon in India. Thememe was NOT loading at all! ( letter realised late in the night that I was loading the theme in plugins.) meanwhile sent a complaint/query to customer support. Knowing US 12 hours behind India, was expecting an answer around US daytime Monday.
I was wrong. By a huge margin, in very very pleasant way!
Received answer while I was sleeping ( Night 3:45 am India Time)
This is an incredible support for a free theme for silly customer error!
I am now a friendly pirate, fan of team themeisle!

I was struggling with themes, wasting time. I found Zerif Lite and have been rolling with not 1, but... 5 sites with the help of support. I am a permanent Pirate. As soon as I can get some revenue from my sites I will be upgrading and purchasing.
No, I am not an affiliate, yet. Why? Because I can't pass on the help to my fellow members as an affiliate with Themelsle. Affiliate marketing sites are about helping people, right? I am new to internet marketing and belong to a platform of 50K and growing. I am able to share with newer members, help on the best site to get started.
If you do not get help from support immediately resubmit. Like myself, I receive literally 50 e-mails a day. Sometimes I may miss a reply to 2 or 3. Not intentionally. See More
